Upon checking there was a notification that there was a minute amount of iron on the water occasionally. Unfortunately it was all the time and it was disgusting. We couldn't use the water for cooking or drinking. There was a waterfiltering picture but it was cracked and leaked water. The chair in the living room was broken so only a 3 seater couch so two people had nowhere to sit. I had to reset the router multiple times for wifi due to no phone service at the location. I did a load of laundry and the iron making the water orange ruined to pieces of clothing. There is a two burner stove one burner didn't work the one that did was lacking taking forever to cook anything. The walkway is flat stones that had putches of green growth which was extremely slippery with the rain causing a fall hurting the knee and back. I always leave a place clean but i feel like paying a cleaning fee i shouldn't have to take my trash with me. That is a part of doing business. My stay wasn't relaxing and pleasant as i had anticipated. I notified the owner of some of the issues and was ignored.

The 1 chair in the living room has both front legs broken and we couldn't use it. The creek boardering the property is a dry creek bed. House was okay but had alot of privacy. Really good if you ride dirt bikes with the riding area next door.

The description of the property was deceiving. Property was described as having a creek flowing through the property. Pictures were showing a beautiful flowing creek, in reality, there wasn't a drop of water in the creek channel. It was completely dry. Host should made that completely clear that the creek at times is completely dry. It was very disappointing.

A charming, secluded retreat that worked well for our family visit. It was a short stay for us and we would have liked more time to hike and explore. Dog loved it! Saw lots of deer, right outside the house.

Great host! Great cottage.. they have WiFi now so the comments about not having service is no longer an issue. The property is gorgeous and a short drive into Chattanooga if you want to see the city. Would stay here again when I come back.

This place is amazing! I came in for a wedding in Whitwell and needed a central location for others to stop prior to our meet up. My service pup and I enjoyed the area, the home and the drive to the venue. I plan to come back again as it is the perfect retreat yet within access to conveniences even this vegan needed. Thank you so much for giving access to the amazing place.

There was gnats all in the refrigerator the water was terrible we did not cook on the property nor cook. I like that it was why off from the world though! I didn’t like that the lights were off and water. There were dead birds on the balcony but I can see that because of location. I thank you for allowing me to stay but I believe I’d ask for a different unit the next time. I never really got to speak to the hoist it was message only I’d like to hear a voice when having issues. There was a hole in the wall in upstairs bath I didn’t get a picture but I wanted to note it was there already. Safety hazard at your steps leading to upstairs someone could seriously get hurt .

Triathlon weekend

I wanted to fons a secluded and relaxing escape for the weekend. We traveled in for a triathlon in Chattanooga, and this cabin was perfect! I felt so at peace. It was very clean and Rachel was super responsive. There was no cell service, which was fine for us. The wifi worked great.

Cute Cabin in the woods

A great little place to stay. The heat/air was a bit confusing but we figured it out. Hard to keep bugs out sometimes because of outdoor light. The only disappointment was the driveway was pretty rough.

Cabin in the woods

This cabin was in the perfect spot of us. We we in town for a motorcycle event at a near training center. It was so much nicer to stay in a house with all the amenity's rather than camping in early march.
