「A lovely getaway for me, my mom and 2 children. The place was clean, well stocked and peaceful. Beautiful views. Didn’t use the hot tub but looked in it and it was clean and hot. Noise from the hot tub was loud, it may have been a setting that was left on. I did mention to the managers and they responded as soon as their office opened - we were leaving so wasn’t going to be an ongoing issue for us, but they said they would take a look, so what more can they do. 「Very special quiet retreat. I loved the setting: a beautiful meadow surrounded by mountains. The Dosewallips is a short walk away and you can hear it from the cabin. The cabin is adorable and not small, with plenty of space for yoga. The bed was comfy, the outhouse incredibly clean. I hope to return. 」

「We only spent two nights but really enjoyed the weekend break. Quiet location and the internet was surprisingly good so we could stream a movie with no issues. Yes there were a few spiders and the cell reception was non-existent but that was our goal. We love stopping by Langley and Freeland so this location was perfect. We did manage to be sucessful with our trout fishing which was an added bonus. Only improvements I could see would be to do some work on the shower so it doesn't leak...
