Excellent and different a la carte choices offered every night. 2 bugbears which prevented me giving 5 stars- 1) It is usual for a top hotel to provide a couple of bottles of complimentary water each night. SM does have the water in the minibar, but they charge for it, which is a little annoying. 2) They have a private, lovely beach. However they charge 50 euros per day for the use of their beach...

「Loved this place. A bit of a hike to the old town but not an issue for me. Breakfast was satisfactory. No change from day to day. Option to have dinner at a special guest rate was best decision I made. Been traveling through Europe for a month now. This was the best meal and a great value. Only gripe—- for such an excellent accommodation, they have perhaps the worse towels in all of Europe. Extremely coarse. Would definitely stay again though!」

The restaurant was excellent. Parking was easy. The less than good: The room was very dated and not decorated. The bathroom toilet seat broke. The sink was damaged and patched with silicon! The breakfast was not good and when they ran out of food, you were out of luck. The breakfast staff were not...

La casa è a pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia, con possibilità di parcheggio esterno non a pagamento. La ragazza che ci accolto ha mostrato grande educazione e disponibilità per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Consigliatissimo」

Colazione come sentirsi a casa. Pulizia ottima. Miniappartamento super funzionale, non manca niente. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia, raggiungibile a piedi. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. 「Hospitality was on point--receptionist helped us book our airport taxi, recommended some great eats. Location was sublime--15 mins walk to Poetto beach, 5 mins walk to a grocery store, lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, plus near many bus stations as well. One criticism from me is the hotel creaks and have a lot of sounds, i.e neighbour flushing, clanking in vents/walls, etc. I am a heavy sleeper so no issue for me but may pose a problem to light sleepers. 「Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich alt und abgewohnt.Wegen der vielen Mücken wäre ein Fliegengitter notwendig. Sonst ist die Anlage sehr ruhig und in einer schönen Gartenanlage gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und fleißig.Das Essen war immer gut.Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.」
