“We arrived at the lodge’s main entrance road sign about 6pm, myself and two young daughters after a full day of driving, tired and hungry. The main entrance road was blocked by trees branches clearly arranged in a line across the road. No written sign to redirect traffic or explain. Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container.
