Facilities were excellent.Plenty of space to sit and relax including a nice outside courtyard area.Mattress to the rear bedroom was a little uncomfortable and could probably do with being replaced. This is intended as feedback for the owner and should not put people off as this is a superb property in a great location.」

「We've loved the property and it's settings by the river Dordogne. The house is nice and modern, but built in an old stone building, so it stays cool even in summer. David was very friendly when he greated us, and very discreet, we had the privacy and calm we wanted. Only minus is the mosquitos due to being close to the river. Take your precautions and you'll have a great time there. 」

「This apartment is opposite the busiest and noisiest bar in Bergerac with live music finishing at 1am or 2am most nights. The shower kept overflowing because the drain was choked and when I lifted the cover to investigate it was filthy and obviously not cleaned regularly. We were left a dirty cloth and pan scourer in the kitchen. The mattress on the bed is the cheapest,hardest and most uncomfortable I have ever slept on.
