  • A 7 minutes from Pont du Gard, this contemporary villa, air conditioning, ground floor, facing south, built in 2012 on the heights of Sernhac, that will bring happiness with breathtaking views and climate. From the inside, this bright room of 60m2 life, with its windows overlooking on one side to a panoramic view and the other on a terrace with 8x4m pool, bring you peace and pleasure. Its generous dressing rooms with a feeling of comfort and serenity. You can unwind to your desires, in the lounge with pool, garden or deck chairs.

This really is a 10/10 no question. The inside and outside will make you feel like living the dream ! Superb decor and ultra modern , The village of Sernhac is lovely with a friendly local bar in this medieval village …Way and above the best accomodation we have had in years of travelling I would say - enjoy !

Excellent property

The house is lovely -very well equipped, modern decor (which we like), lovely pool and very peaceful. A good location for many other places - Nimes, Arles, the coast etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Traumhafte Villa über Sernhac

Wir haben unsere Tage in der Top-Villa über Sernhac sehr genossen. Alles ist bestens gewesen und auch unser Hund hat den riesigen eingezäunten Garten genossen. Da wir schon letztes Jahr in Remoulins waren, haben wir diesmal die Villa als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Gegend um Nimes und der Camargue genutzt. An exceptional villa in a fabulous location

Second time at this location. It is an outstanding villa with a great pool, lovely views and lots of space indoors. Sernhac is fab: there is a bakery, bar and pizzeria within walking distance. The villa is spacious, cool and very comfortable.

Erholung pur

Wer eine gute Mischung aus Erholung und Unternehmung sucht, wird sich an diesem Ort sehr wohlfühlen. Das schön gelegene und sehr komfortabel ausgestattete Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders der Pool ist ein Genuss. Bei Fragen und Wünschen waren Roland und Alyson sofort zur Stelle. Der ideale Ort für einen Urlaub im Dreieck Avignon - Nimes- Arles.
