「Our check in was horrible. We booked the executive room a month before but when we got to the place we were told that the executive rooms are fully booked we will have to settle for standard room.

「Room and staff was fine. The problem was that the reservation we made via Expedia did not came through! And the oaynent we did to Expadia did not came through as well.
We were lucky that they had still rooms, which we booked and off course have to pay! We expect that Expedia will refund the money we paid to Expedia 」

「We arrived at a closed reception and were the only people in the camp. A young girl came walking up and showed us our tent. The tent, bedding etc. were clean, with a small flash light as the only means of light. The ablution had no water, and the toilets had no seats.
