Despite confirmation of booking. We had no room reserved. The hotel was fully booked. We had to call the Managing Director, who finally squeezed us into the Managers rest room.

The executive room is beautiful, neat and clean.
Our check in was horrible. We booked the executive room a month before but when we got to the place we were told that the executive rooms are fully booked we will have to settle for standard room.
