「Beautiful property, kind, accommodating and welcoming staff and somewhere which all in my family have a desire to return. It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. The hotel has an open-air parking lot, making parking convenient, but the lobby and room facilities are outdated.」

「The property had bugs and spider webs all over the place. I ended up sleeeping with my daughter because I was afraid of sleeping in the queen bed since there were bugs on the wall. Upon arrival we saw a note on the door that said they had a bug problem. However, that was not mentioned when I booked the room. My daughter and I are very afraid of them. She cried when she saw them. The owner was nice to remove some of the spider webs. But the bugs was the bigger issue for us. I wasn’t very...

「My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a four-star hotel, about 7 kilometers from MXP airport, and the price was attractive, but there are no commercial facilities nearby. It would be inconvenient to get around without a car. The room facilities were clean and acceptable. We would like to commend the front desk staff; they were very friendly and welcoming.」

However, water is charged in the room which is not an expected situation as the price range of this hotel is not a cheap one. The shower floor is extremely slippery, especially after using hair conditioner. It is dangerous for elders and children as there isn’t any mat or handles.
