"Good check in Nice friendly staff Brilliant location and good fresh breakfast. The bedroom was a good size but very neglected The bathroom leaked into the bedroom from the wardrobe (yes), the skirting and the toilet needed a bucket of water each time to flush properly. Mosquitoes in the room 14 floors up which surprised me when I got bitten, and the water tap (faucet) in the bathroom dripped constantly. All in all the area and location is fantastic, the hotel has many good points but the basics need attention "

"The hotel is pretty run down, not clean especially in toilet area. Soundproofing is very bad and you can clearly hear the TV of next door, toilet flushing is not working well. Breakfast is ok and staff are noce though. "

"Being a fourth-time returning guest usually earns you a bit of "VIP" treatment, or at the very least, some basic recognition. To be met with a wall of "no" regarding timing and a management team that seems to be playing hide-and-seek is a major service failure. They have zero flexibility with early check in and late check out."
