“Jacob was very helpful and easy to work with. He gave recommendations from food to eat and places to go. The place was clean and right outside is a 7-11 with an ATM. Station is about 7 minute from the stay. 10/10 would stay again! ”

“This apartment is in such a good location! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattress, shower with good heat and water pressure, nice washing machine, nice kitchen. The two queen beds are squeezed in one room, so you have to climb over one mattress to get to the other. There was only two of us on this trip, so we did fine. Very close to the train station. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The only thing that I would say is that they are quite strict about the 10 AM checkout. It was……

“We really enjoyed our stay and the area surrounding our accommodation. The building even had a great bar and one of the best clothing stores around the area.”

“My boyfriend and I (both 18) stayed here for 9 days during our trip to Japan and had a great experience. The space was small, but it had everything we needed. The futon bed was comfortable, and we really appreciated having a balcony and access to a washer. It was about a 10-minute walk to the train station, which made getting around super convenient. “The property was exactly what we needed for our two week stay in Japan! We were left alone and weren’t bothered. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment however we found it didn’t dry our clothes very well. However there is within walking distance a laundry mat that was super easy to use and get to. Would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a cheaper stay and a little less touristy to get emerged into Japan. ”

“We had a very good time there. The apartment is clean, nice, confortable and calm. Not far from the train station (around 10 min walk) to go to Shibuya. Our host was reactive and carying. We recommend!”

“Shimokita Stay has been the best VRBO experience I have had in many trips to Tokyo. The cozy apartment is nicely designed and well-equipped; we didn't have to buy anything like we normally do. It's fairly roomy by Tokyo standards, with more closet space than we normally find, and has a lovely, private patio. The host, Mari, is friendly and very responsive. Lastly, Shimo-Kitazawa is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Tokyo. So many restaurants, shops, vintage stores, a big supermarket, and two……
