Superbe vue mer et étang de la terrasse malheureusement gâchée par le bruit incessant des voitures qui montent ou descendent la route qui passe à quelques mètres de la terrasse (même la nuit).Impossible de dormir la baie vitrée ouverte sachant que l appartement ne dispose pas de climatisation.Concernant la chambre enfant, elle est vraiment minuscule, c est quasi un coin cabine.La résidence est située dans une montée, les premiers commerces sont à un peu plus de 1 km, avec la montée il faut compter au moins 20 min. Le retour est sportif.
