Ein wirklich toller Ort

Wir haben die Woche oben in den Bergen sehr genossen. Es ist tatsächlich so, dass man in diesem Haus komplett seine Ruhe hat und ziemlich abgeschieden ist von Dörfern etc. (nach Seulo fährt man ein paar Minuten) es war also genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Im Haus selbst gibt es alles was man braucht und was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, dass die verschiedenen Vormieter noch brauchbare Sachen wie Olivenöl, Gewürze oder Handseife einfach vor Ort lassen und diese nicht unnötig weggeschmissen werden. Auch die Natur in der Umgebung ist super geeignet für Wanderungen zu verschiedenen schönen Orten. Uns hat der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr gefallen und wer einfach mal ein paar Tage abschalten möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Maison agréable demandant un peu plus de soin et d'entretien

Maison propre et confortable, literie confortable. Vue magnifique sur la montagne. Par contre manque de soins et d'entretien courant : douche bouchée, eaux usées qui remontent dans le bidet quand on tire la chasse d'eau, portes qui grincent, serrures qui ne ferment pas, lampe extérieure qui pend, coussin pour chaise extérieure manquant, nappe extérieure inutilisable, terrasse mal entretenue (mauvaises herbes). Dommage car la maison est très agréable

Schönes Haus im Grünen

Schönes gepflegtes Landhaus. Wer eine ruhige Lage, abseits vom Tourismus, in den Bergen Sardiniens sucht, ist hier bestens beraten. Leider kann der wünderschöne Grill im Garten nicht benutzt werden, das kein Rost und Grillbesteck vorhanden ist. Sehr Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Abendessen im nur 70 m entfernten Local "Agritourismo Ticci". Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Picturesque Seulo

The styling of the interior of the house was really lovely and there was plenty of room for a family of four people. The location looking down a very picturesque valley was stunning and we found the local people in Seulo and surrounds to be lovely...as were the owners of the house who very kindly supplied food and wine on our arrival. Our only criticism would be the upkeep of the garden areas and the bikes. It didn’t bother us but this is an area that could be improved. We would highly recommend visiting Agriturismo Ticci next door. We ate there twice and the owners are lovely and the food was fabulous. Because Seulo only has a couple of small general stores, you may want to pick up supplies before arriving, particularly if you intend to cook at the house. Overall, we had a great time, the real Sardinia is here. It’s quiet, relaxed and beautiful.

Rust, ruimte en wandelen.

Een prima verblijf als startpunt voor veel mooie wandelingen in een schitterend gebied. Het vakantiehuis voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Wij sluiten ons aan bij alle voorgaande positieve opmerkingen. Zelf hebben wij geen minpunten ondervonden.

Healing holidays!

Sophie Wilson Sophie Wilson Wonderful place surrounded by a peaceful green nature. Great for relaxing and doing beautiful excursions. The house is very nice and well equipped, with a large well-furnished garden. The view is so beautiful! We were welcomed with kindness and hospitality.

Reposant et agréable

Nous avons passé 6 jours en Aout 2018 dans cette maison. C'est une maison de campagne authentique, conforme à la description avec une terrasse qui dispose d'une vue magnifique. Miriam a été charmante et très prévenante : arrivant un 15 Aout, nous n'avions pas anticipé que tous les magasins/ restaurants seraient fermés. Miriam nous a aidé en nous laissant un très copieux petit dejeuner, c'était vraiment agréable. L'agriturismo à côté est une bonne adresse. Seulo c'est la Sardaigne rurale loin du tourisme des plages. Nous avons beaucoup appréciés ces quelques jours reposants.

Maison charmante dans un coin authentique de Sardaigne

La maison est située au milieu des champs de vigne et d'oliviers non loin de l'Agriturismo Ticci (mais indépendante de celui-ci). L'endroit est magnifique, avec vue sur les montagnes environnantes depuis la terrasse, très calme. La maison est petite mais très propre et bien équipée, en particulier en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Il ne manque qu'un lave-vaisselle, mais on peut s'en passer. Miriam a tout fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien, en particulier en nous préparant des produits locaux à notre arrivée. Notez que les commentaires négatifs que l'on peut voir sur le site sont injustes ou périmés, car tout était très bien. Il y a des chemins de randonnée un peu partout, pas toujours faciles à trouver mais faisables avec des enfants. En particulier la cascade et piscine de Sa Stiddiosa, où on peut se baigner dans une eau chaude, est un endroit merveilleux, à faire absolument (accès payant et marche très raide d'1h). Il y a également quelques villages charmants à visiter (Sadali). Nous recommandons aussi fortement de diner à l'Agriturismo: véritable festin de produits locaux à petit prix. En conclusion, nous recommandons la charmante maison de Miriam pour passer une semaine dans un endroit authentique, loin des plages touristiques.

Comfortable, quiet house at spectacular location

We spent a week in this well equiped house in the Sardinian mountains. Away from the tourists and the beaten track. A truly authentic experience. Miriam (and Victoria) made us feel very welcome. The house has great views on the surrounding mountains. We also enjoyed the privacy of the location. The nearby Agriturismo Ticci is a great place to sample the local food. A big thank you to Mriam for her hospitallity.

Unkempt!

Really disappointed! The property was down an overgrown track and the garden looked like a builders yard (plus additional dog poop) very isolated (which is what we normally go for) there is nothing around - nearest decent(ish) shops for food 6 miles away. The property was musty and damp (I took photos of the flaking paint) we stayed one night then left. I emailed the owner with photos and comments I had an apology but no offer of a reduction or to put things right for other guests - the owner said it was the first time anyone had commented negatively but there is another similar review on here - which I took with a pinch of salt (wish I hadn’t) !

Relaxing and wonderful natural place. Like a movie!!

Pure naturalness in a wonderful incredible green landscape. The house looked like a movie country house, really particular and very nice. It was clean and warm, so we have been feeling very comfortable since the first moment. The owners were so kind and they gave us a typical wine made in the vineyards of Seulo. We had a typical Sardinian dinner with that wine and it was delicious!! A magic and relaxing place where we'll definitely come back.

Shockingly Poor

We are a well-travelled couple and we find it impossible to understand why some visitors have given this property a 5-star rating. It is the worst property we have ever stayed in. We did not feel welcome. We arrived on a cold wet day to find the property padlocked and unprepared for our visit. We could have readily forgiven this if the property itself were in good order but the outside area was weed filled, rubbish was stored in the barbecue and the inside was poorly presented. Electrical fittings were substandard. Loose electrical cables hung out of walls throughout the property. In one bedroom there was a plastic tube direct to the outside where a heater had been removed and the aperture had not been closed off. In the main bedroom there was an ineffectual gas-electric heater. When it rained, the water ran in through the window frame and down the back of the heater. It was not possible to cook a meal because, when the oven was turned on, the whole electrical system tripped off. We were told, “No you can’t use the oven because it makes the electric go off”. An electric fan heater was provided in the bathroom which was plugged in to a standard wall socket adjacent to the wash basin. There was no kettle (!) and the toaster had to be placed on the floor in order to be plugged in to the only available socket in the living area. Fittings and hygiene were substandard. The washing up sponge-scourer was dirty and worn through with holes. The fridge and cooker were yellowed with age. The fridge door was held closed with a hook and eye screwed onto the panels. The drawer beneath the fridge was mouldy and stained and the freezer drawers and the sink were dirty. In the bathroom were more used sponge-scourers - presumably left from cleaning the bathroom after previous guests. Another room, which was black with mildew, was used for storage and contained a confusion of items including carrier bags of foodstuffs. The Wi-fi did not work and the contents of the house were old and time worn. It was shockingly poor. The owner of the property did, after some time, offer us a free meal at the nearby restaurant. Manuela (the cook, we believe) was kind and tried to help but these actions, and the promise of an electrician the following day, were not enough to assuage our overall dissatisfaction. We left at noon the day after our arrival and booked into a hotel.

Magic and lovely place in the green... like a movie!

The place is just wonderful!! The house in that green place looks like a movie, something magic. It was a little cold outside but my husband and I were enthusiast to see the caves and the falls, where we had an amazing funny experience. The house is perfectly cleaned inside, friendly, comfortable and it's a well staffed house. We had dinner and lunch at Picci's agriturismo which is a local restaurant located 3 minutes far away from the house (on foot). The only negative thing: we forgot to warn the waitress about my allergies to garlic... And there was enough in the sauce! Anyway...The typical Sardinian food was delicious, the staff very kind.. we felt a warm and familiar atmosphere. Moral of the story: we spent a lovely holiday in a fascinating and characteristic Sardinian location.

Très bon séjour au calme en pleine nature !

Miriam a joliment aménagée sa maison, qui est agréable et où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Elle se situe au milieu des vignes et des arbres fruitiers (amandiers, pommiers, noyers,...). La maison est bien équipée, fonctionnelle, avec une bonne literie. A notre arrivée, tout était prêt pour notre petit déjeuner, grâce à la bienveillance de Miriam. De belles balades à proximité (gorges de Sa Stiddiosa, grotte di Janas,...). Vous pouvez bien manger juste à côté chez Manuela et Dominique, à l'agriturismo Ticci ou au restaurant Miramonti. Merci à Miriam. Nous recommandons tout particulièrement cette location.

Beautiful surroundings and lovely people

We had a very pleasant stay in August. You do need a car, but then everything is within reach; nice villages, mountain river for swimming, caves, tranquility, beauty and friendly people. A meal at the nearby Agriturismo Ticci is not to be missed!

wunderschöne und ruhige Wohnung in den Bergen

Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in der Bergwelt Sardiniens verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet und Miriam kümmert sich wunderbar um Ihre Gäste. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist das Essen, allein schon für diese Leckereien alle verfügbaren Daumen nach oben! Schon von der Wohnung aus kann man die beeindruckende Natur Sardiniens abseits vom Touristenrummel erkunden, in näherer Umgebung gibt es eine Vielzahl von Tourenmöglichkeiten - unbedingt empfehlenswert ist zum Beispiel der anstrengende, aber überaus lohnende Abstieg zum Wasserfall "La Stiddiosa". Vielen Dank, Miriam für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Erholsame und entspannende Ferien in den sardischen Bergen

Dieses waren unsere ersten Ferrien im Frühling (28.04. - 13.05.2017) in den sardischen Bergen. Zuvor waren wir schon einige Male im Herbst an der Küste. Das wichtigste zuerst: wir haben wirklich tolle Ferien in einem tollen Ferienhaus in einer tollen Wanderregion erfahren dürfen. Besonders auffällig ist die absolute Ruhe. Der Ort Seulo ist gute 4 km entfernt und so hört man selbst am Tage ausser einem Esel nur gelegentlich ein bisschen Verkehr. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder für Motoradfahrer, die auch das Innere der Insel erkunden wollen. Wanderungen können direkt ab dem Haus gestartet werden. Auf der App „Wikiloc „ sind einige lohnenden Vorschläge im Bereich Seulo abgespeichert. Das Haus ist vollständig und funktional ausgestattet. Die Betreuung von der Vermieterin Miriam ist zuvorkommend und speditiv.

Beautifull location but during stay spoiled by noisy motorized farming work

The location of the house is beautifull with a nice view on the hills and bordered by wine yards. We had bad luck though with the farmer plowing the wine yards during all the three mornings, his noisy machine disturbing the peacefull atmosphere for hours. It was so loud we took our breakfast inside the house. The house itself is simple but adequate and the terrace is fine with a wide view. We were glad the heater worked fine, because it was still quite cold.
