「GPS leads us to wrong destination. The GPS information needs update. When checking in,the staff was not aware of our reservation. They had to give us rooms in a rush which I suspected lead to some bad room quality. And the counter was hardly capable of talking in any bit of english. (The lady when we checked out was OK to talking in English.)」

「This is the best hotel I have stayed in since my month-long trip in Turkey. The quality and facilities are the best and modern. The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle...
