「I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. 「None」

「rude front desk, smelly and dirty room, bad breakfast, something wired underneath the bedsheet. If I could score this hotel zero, then I would.」

「It's certainly a place to lay your head and rest. We had a last minute booking, and the room was clean and comfortable. The office however was locked in the morning so we could not access the coffee, tea, or staff. Outside the hotel, the office is clean and nice, however the area where the rooms are is a bit dangerous with the pool area being open and filled with plants, and n」
