Sweet Retreat

Really enjoyed our stay over Easter weekend. Great views, lots of space for us to spread out, and plenty to keep us entertained when we stayed in. Very clean with everything we needed for our “home away from home.” First time visit to the Smoky Mountains and we loved being so close the beauty of it all. Can’t wait to visit again!

Mountain Sunrise

The cabin was excellent … perfect for our family. The view and surroundings amazing. Our only problem was the express check-in with one lady at the rental agency giving us a difficult time. All others were super nice and helpful.

Very nice place

This place was beautiful and very spacious. There is a queen bed listed on pics that is NOT in the house which was a HUGE disappointment. But other than that we loved everything else about our stay. Would def return.

Beautiful cabin but needs a deep cleaning.

This was a good stay the only concern would be the cleanliness. Some of the dishes, and cups, and all of the spoons/forks where stained. There was plenty of dust accumilated in some of the room furnitures and blinds. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the scenery was beautiful.

Stay was wonderful! Amazing views and the property was very clean. However, the parking is very small and very close to the road where cars fly up and down the road very scary if you have little ones. We had very little towels and the washer and dryer was so small you could only put 2 towels in at a time. For the size of the cabin there should definitely be more. Also, I never received the check in out process until I messaged them directly and then the resort people were the one that reached out. Then I had to do this express check in that was more trouble than it was worth. With that being said we had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the nearby attractions.

Cabin was not clean, had bad odors, things were broke that needed to be replaced. No hot water first day and 1/2. Over all just not clean.

Just what we were looking for

Perfectly located, far enough and secluded enough, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. The only complaint is, downstairs carpet is due for a deep cleaning, needs dusting of.some of the furniture and the kitchen is lacking a few items, non of that prevented us from enjoying fully and we'll be back
