Great location for family vacation with a nice pool. The place is a little high priced for the age of the home and furnishings.

Perfect for kids of all ages

This was a perfect getaway for our two families of young kids and teens. There was plenty to do. It was beautiful and relaxing. And the property manager was so helpful and accommodating. We loved it!

Yurt Exceeded Expectations

Family Vacation in a very beautiful house and 360 degree setting looking at the Great Smoky mountains. We had a great time and will return!- Nice stocked kitchen, pots, pans, coffeemakers, utensils, silverware. 2 working ovens, indoor grill - Great theater screen, 10 seats, and game room that we also used for country line dancing- Hot tub and large pool area great- Nice fire pit area and playground for smaller kids- Nice landscaping- Nice couch in living room- Great dining table space for 10 (we brought table/chairs for 6)- Nice beds/mattresses and updated bathrooms- Washer / dryer worked well- Internet/streaming speed very good- Good starter kits for kitchen, laundry, bathrooms- Good space for 2 dogs and their crates- Great communication with hosts, fast responses to many questions was much appreciated.A few ideas that would have enhanced our stay:- Notebook with general information, things to do, coupon book or flyers, hikes. We went to Lake Douglas, Cades Cove Abram’s Falls, Water Park, Go Karts, Mountain Coaster, and Dolly Parton’s Stampede. So many great things to do!- Instructions for kitchen range/ovens (how to turn off lock), info on thermostat for basement, add 2nd refrigerator in basement for drinks, low water pressure issues (well water/pump), labels for the many light switches.- only 1 bedroom was warmer than it should have been, so the fan was appreciated.

Great vacation home

We stayed for a week. There were 10 adults and 7 children. Had plenty of room. Really enjoyed the games and movie room. Played in pool everyday. Had fire pit time twice. There was a domestic rabbit that hung around and gave us entertainment. Something’s that you might want to know that we’re not in listing is that the pool is 4 feet deep all the way around. ( we were originally told 6 ft when we asked) both bedrooms upstairs have private balconies. Bonus! The balcony that holds the hot tub is off the main dining room / living room and has lots of extra room for chairs etc. The bunk room has a door and is upstairs off of the master bedroom. Also has a fan in there which was great background noise for the kids to be able to sleep. The linen included and starter packs were great! Bonus! Plenty of parking. Pool had plenty of chairs and toys for kids to play with. Kitchen does not have storage containers with lids for leftovers so bring some cheap throw away bowls or ziplock baggies! While we were there we had to have trash picked up and we got a response right away for those needs. We did ask if we could enter property 45 mins early and got no response. Our other vrbo homes always told us to go ahead on in when we got there. Also lawn was mowed while we were there and rocks chipped our car door. Sent message about that and no response. The view from inside the house and on decks was amazing. Some new growth does not allow views from bottom swing and fire pit area. Overall 5 star

Magnificent view

My husband and I, along with my elderly parents, our two grown daughters, son-in-law and 4 grandchildren had a wonderful stay. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, the hot tub and the many extras that make the yurt special. Hope to return in the fall for another stay in the Yurt.

Family vacation 2025

Each year my husband and I give our children and grandchildren a vacation for Christmas, for the following summer. We have a beautiful blended family with a daughter and son each and their families. This year all but one daughter and her family made it. We cook, eat, shop and just enjoy a week of family. Our grandchildren range from 18 to 3 yrs old. 2025 was our 3rd year and definitely did not disappoint. This house was perfect for all our family! It was very private and not too far from the fun of Pigeon Forge, Gattlenburg and Dollywood . We enjoyed the Dolly Stampede, waded in the beautiful roadside streams, road a mountain rollercoaster, and watched the sunset at Clingmans Dome! Oh so many things to do and never enough time to do it all, but we sure tried! Check in and out was a snap!!

Tennessee family gathering

Wow-what a breathtaking place both inside and out. It was everything it looked like on booking. Pool was biggest hit because of weather. We used all 6 bedrooms and everyone was happy with theirs. Theater room awesome, playing pool was fun. Very close to everything but secluded. Road up was a little scary. Host was so helpful and available.

Unique Vacation Spot

We rent a house every year for a family trip and this house was among the best. The home theater is amazing and the living room had seating for all of us. We also thoroughly enjoy the pool and great view of the Smoky Mountains. We’d recommend it!

Tennessee Getaway

Space on top of space. We had total 8 and no one was ever waiting on anything, we had room inside and out. The movie room WOW tons of opportunities to talk and watch whatever you like. We appreciated everything that was available to us and we for sure will plan to be back.
