Spring Break

Highly recommend this property. The location was perfect and property was well maintained. We had two family’s and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed.They had plenty of games for everyone to enjoy. Views were beautiful.Be sure to bring your own towels for the hot tub and extra supplies for dish washing and washing machine as they only provide enough for 1-2 washes.

Lots of broken things

My family and i traveled from michigan to this property for our family vacation. This includes my 3yo and 9mo. I was told we could check in at 10 but apon arrival was told it wouldnt be ready until 4. This was upsetting as we had just done a 12 hour drive with our young children and had no where to go. Then the dryer was broken, a toilet was leaking on the main level, and the ceiling on the main level leaked water. The cabin was clean when we arrived and the host did answer us quickly. We did enjoy our time but their was very many inconveniences for us at this cabin i wouldnt recommend it.

Location was great. The views were perfect and exceeded our expectations. The house is located within minutes of an unlimited amount of activities from Dollywood to the Pirates show to Gatlinburg. We would stay there again.

The cabin was beautiful and just as described. We had some challenges like we were unable to use the dryer due to the knob was broken. There was an air conditioning leak. It was easy to make contact to report the issues. They ended up making things right in the end. We had a great time. Thank you for the experience
