Perfect house for family

My family of adults and children enjoyed this home. Because of the pool and game room the kids were not up under the adults and we didn’t hear “I’m bored”. We are looking forward to booking an all girls trip of adults and children.

Birthday Celebration

Everything about this house is amazing! The view on the balcony is beautiful, the hot tub was amazing as well. The inside of the house has so many great features from the indoor pool area, the game room & pool table. We will definitely return when the weather gets warmer. The customer service team was very supportive. I recommend this location if you’re looking for somewhere to vacation. It would be a great place for a girl’s trip, couple retreat or family vacation.

Incredible views

This property was everything the listing states and more. Gorgeous house with incredible views. Small snag when checking in as the door handle was broken, but the owners were super quick to rememdy it. They were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Would definitely come back!!

House is beautiful, but infested with stink bugs! They are everywhere… all over the windows, ceilings, etc. so bad in the master we had to change rooms…on the ceiling, walls, bathroom, even the pillows and the bedding…that was the last straw.

Spectacular Sanctuary in the Smokies

All we can say is AMAZING!!! Our kids absolutely LOVED the arcade room & pool table. The views from this home are breathtaking. Every room having their own bathroom was perfect, as no one was waiting for aomeone else tto shower/get ready. The kitchen had everything we could have asked for including HUGE refrigerator and 2 dishwashers. Our family enjoyed using the outdoor pizza oven. Sitting in the hot tub while looking out at the mountains was heavenly! We spent much time on the decks enjoying the view & were even lucky enough to see a bear on multiple occasions (don't takr those signs for granted!) The only negative I could say is that we were unable to get the pool heated & the property wasn't quite cleaned to luxury standards - but neither of those were bothersome enough to prevent us from booking this property again. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for our family!

What a family vacation!!!

Skyline Sanctuary, nestled above the Smoky Mountains, provided an unforgettable opportunity for our family to make memories. The minute we ascended the driveway, breathtaking views made it clear this was a special home. Our home boasted equally breathtaking views from inside. The open concept with exceptional decor and large windows was warm and inviting. We made immediate use of the pizza oven and the bbq grill. Family game nights were not only had on the spacious dining table, but also on the massive deck which included a fire pit, 12-14 person picnic table and hot tub. We almost filled the 5 bedroom 6 bath home with our crew. Never once was there an issue with showers and hot water. The area of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg provided us ample opportunities for adventures like Off Roading, The Goat Coaster, The Lumberjack show and of course Dollywood. With an amazing game room and indoor pool it is imperative you make time to spend enjoying this incredible home. Even celebrating an event was made so easy when the AvantStay team delivered a cake upon request. We highly recommend this property. It is unforgettable. The Van Camps
