Our luxury designed cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a private covered deck, hot tub, and propane fireplace. Wake up to the sun rising through the trees and seasonal mountain views.
Our home is located in a private and peaceful natural setting. Yet, is only 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 20 minutes from Dollywood, and less than 30 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
We do have neighbors. Lots around us are approximately ⅓ of an acre. Please respect our neighbors. We hope everyone will have a good time and create memories for a lifetime!
✔ Level 1 - Enter into a large living room with vaulted ceiling. The primary bedroom has a king sized mattress. It also includes a gas fireplace and a full bathroom with a soaker tub. On this level there is also a full kitchen, a dining room with windows, sofa with a foldout bed (sleeps 2), love seat, and a record player that plays real vinyl.
The gas fireplace is available for use from October 1 through March 31 to ensure cozy evenings during cooler months. During the warmer seasons, it remains off to help maintain a cool and comfortable indoor temperature.
✔ Lower level - Bedroom #2 has queen sized bed and private entrance to hot tub. Bedroom #3 has queen sized bed and private entrance to hot tub. There is a full sized bathroom next to the bedrooms. Enjoy the movie room with a smart TV, board/card games. This room has comfortable seating and a private gym area with weights, yoga mats, and a stationary bike. Across from the bedrooms there is a washer and dryer.
✔ Outdoor Space - Wrap around driveway with parking for 2+ cars. In Back: wood burning fire pit with comfortable Adirondack chairs around the fire pit and string lights at night. House deck: screened in porch with comfortable seating and a grilling area. Corn hole boards can also be found on the back deck. The hot tub is below the main deck so it can be used rain or shine!
We can sleep up to 8 comfortably. This is a great location for families.

CONSIDERATIONS
➜ Although all-wheel drive vehicles are not often required, we do like to recommend all wheel drive when coming to any mountainous area.
➜ You will likely see and hear animals, critters and insects. Bears are frequently seen within the Smoky Mountain community. Please follow bear safety guidelines, such as keeping food locked up at all times.*
➜ No Refunds for weather, power outages, or other incidents outside of our control. We do recommend our guests consider trip insurance.
➜ We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay.
