Great Property!

As someone who works with vacation rentals on a daily basis, and knows what it takes to have a good quality rental with all the amenities; this property is perfect. It was more than spacious enough for our large group, the pool was better than the pictures, and everything worked in the game room. The house was spectacularly clean, and there were plenty of towels to go around. The heated floor in the master bath was an added bonus!! Don’t second guess yourself if you’re thinking about this house as your next rental. We had a fabulous time, and definitely recommend!

Love the house and accommodations. Game room was so fun and loaded with a mix of fun family games. Only complaint is the advertise fire pit but we had no idea we needed to provide wood. There were also no replacement trash bags and we ran out of toilet paper. The house is very well kept and clean.

Great house. All the amenities you could think of. The game room had everything. The backyard was a big hit with both the kids and adults. Very spacious bedrooms. As advertised, better than the pictures. Owner was quick to answer any questions that we had.

This property doesn't disappoint! Beautiful home, immaculately clean, quiet neighborhood. We had 5 teenage boys, 3 adults & a dog, & we had plenty of space. The boys took over the second floor & the adults were on the first floor, so it was nice that the boys had their own "space." The beds were very comfortable. The boys loved the game room, basketball court & pool. Appreciated all of the pool rafts/noodles. Everything in the game room actually worked! The rental agent/host was responsive and professional throughout the booking/rental process. Everything, including WiFi passwords were communicated, & all remotes were labeled & in their own wall-mounted holders with each TV, etc. The digital handbook that was provided was a life saver, and so helpful in understanding the property and surrounding area/things to do. Other rental properties could take a lesson from how this one is managed. Suggestions: A house this big needs more than a 2-slice toaster to accommodate the number of guests the house can hold, & a garbage disposal would have been helpful. Also needs more than 2 trash bins. By the end of the week we had 6 bags of trash that didn't fit in the cans. Other than that, we had everything we needed. The location is close enough to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge to be convenient, but far enough away to avoid the traffic & crowds. There is a Kroger very close by, & it was fully stocked when we arrived on Saturday, which is unusual for most vacation locations. Highly recommend!
