Great Ammenities

The house had amazing amenities, there was someone for everyone! We all enjoyed the movie theater, the pool, the game room, the hot tub, the outdoor fireplace and waterfall. The privacy and location to activities was perfect!

A great stay with a few areas of improvement in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay and the time with family. There were a lot of things that we really enjoyed - the loaction, the environment, the proximity to a lot of attractions were all great. We really enojoyed that space and overall atmosphere of the cabin. We loved the added perks of the game room outside items etc. A few items that could improve things: - the pots and pans were very well worn. They could use a refresh. - the pool was very cold. We called about it on day two and we were told a work order was placed but we did not see anyone come to address it. We found that the switch was off so we turned it on but it was still rather cold. - one shower had some very very low water pressure.

Our Christmas Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our time at this cabin so much I’ve wanted to leave this review since before we even left! Then you return home and “life” happens, lol! After much searching, I finally chose this cabin and so happy I did! It was as if it were designed with my family in mind! I had a group of 16, 8 adults and 8 children. I decided for Christmas instead of going overboard on material things that just end up eventually in the trash, my money would be spent on something you couldn’t put a price on, “memories.” BEST decision ever! The look on my grandbabies’ faces when we reached the cabin was priceless! The layout was perfect, FINALLY enough room for all of us! My entire family was able to sit at the huge, beautiful dining table and have breakfast together (every mother/grandmother’s dream.) The location of the cabin couldn’t be more perfect. Completely safe, on its own property, and conveniently located to everything! There were a few minor things but to be fair this review is the first time they will have been mentioned. It hasn’t effected my opinion, at all! It clearly stated in the agreement to contact them if we had any issues they would address them. I’m sure they would have! They were just very minor to us, and we stayed busy! Although, I do want to mention to make them aware for the next guests. The pool wasn’t warm (although the kids didn’t seem to mind, lol.) fire pit kept going out, fountains didn’t work, 2 games broke.Suggestion to move hot tub to back porch.

Great place to relax at

the amenities here were amazing and kept all the kids entertained for the entirety of the stay. Pigeon Forge was 5 minutes away so it was really easy to get into town and enjoy all the activities they had to offer as well.

Perfect Getaway

The cabin was beautiful and spacious enough for all our guest. The only thing was there was big black ants everywhere and in the beds so the kids wouldn’t sleep alone in there beds. Other than that I would definitely do it again. Thanks for allowing us to use your cabin.

FAMILY REUNION

Nice, hot tub needed cleaning but with the raint weather we did not feel the need to use it. Oven was not clean, cleaner had been used in it but was not cleaned up afterwards leaving a mess that we took care of because we needed to use the oven right away.

Great time

The wife and I took her family down her mom has had a rough time health wise this past year so we wanted to take the family and get away and relax and make some great memories with her…..there was 15 of us plenty of room for everybody we had lots of fun playing in the pool and game room, theater room was nice “be even better if it had theater surround sound in it but still enjoyable” but overall was a great time we really enjoyed the place it was approximately 10-15 min off the strip in pigeon forge……so your out away from all the noise but close enough to the stores and attractions to have a great time…….this place was great, easy check in and out, clean, very good communication with management company “we had few minor issues they were there asap and resolved them”, close to everything.

Great spot

This is a great house in a convenient location. Feels remote but only a few minutes to the main drag in Sevierville. House is new and very nice, with plenty of room for a large group. The rec room and pool are a lot of fun and the little basketball area outside is a nice touch. If you plan to cook, bring your own pots and pans. The ones provided are cheap, flimsy, and very small. It seems they spent about $50 equipping the kitchen total. The movie theater is cool to look at, but there is no sound system whatsoever. The sound comes out of the projector speaker which is almost comical. A standard iphone has better speakers so we played the sound through it. Those are fairly small things but in a luxury house they were a surprise. If the owner invests a couple hundred bucks there the house would be close to perfect. We had a great time and we would stay here again.
