Great Housw

Awesome location, close to the island. Plenty of room for everyone. We were there for a cheer comp so multiple families and plenty of things and space for everyone.

Perfect for large group of all ages. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements and spacious. Great seating in the kitchen and in the living room. Plenty of parking

Nice clean home. Pool water was very cold. Paid to have the heater on but didn’t work. Pump never ran on pool so we didn’t swim. Too bad cause the 6 grandkids really wanted to swim. I am waiting to see if the company refunds the money I paid to heat it.When internet went off, I did get a quick response to get it back on. Thank you so much for that.

Great place with one exception

The place was beautiful. Very clean. The yhad everything we needed. high chairs, 2 fridges. everything for kitchen. they even had dog bowls. We had an issue with the coffee maker and they brought us a new one within hours. We had an issue with the code on the door and had this fixed withing hours. they were very responsive the entire trip. I was however dissappointed in the pool situation. The pool wa great, but we paid for heat and it was not heated. I did reach out and they let me know that it was determined that it was at 85 degrees before we got there. It definetly was not. The room was extremely hot but not the pool. The pool floor was slippery like there was algie and the filter was not running so it wasnt getting cleaned. There was even hair from who was able to get in that could tolorate it that was floating in the pool from a previous day which told us that the filter definetly was not working. Dont get me wrong, things happen and it is a great pool. i was jsut dissapointed and there was no offer to refund the heat portion of our stay. I didnt ask, it just should have been offered in my opinion. you pay 50 per day to heat it and when only out of the of us would get in and I had to get in with the kids and was cold the whole time. overall I didnt let this ruin our stay, it was just dissapointing. and the place was really amazing and they were great for everyother small issues we had so I would book this again if i knew for sure the pool was heated.
