"Boogity Bear Mountain Lodge" is a gorgeous open and very spacious 4500 sq. ft. all wood remodeled cabin that sleeps 20 people, with a lot of extra amenities, nestled in the 24/7 Guard gated community of the Shagbark Resort in a great location! You are literally 2 turns and 6 miles (only 10 minutes) from the Shagbark guard gate to the main parkway in Pigeon Forge and you come out at light #3 which is Wears Valley Rd., right in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge! Something Great about the Shagbark Resort is all of the cabins are on at least 1/2 acre lots, so they are not stacked on top of each other like some resorts are!
It has 2 Levels, 5 Bedrooms + a Nursery with a sleeper sofa, so it's like having 6 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (with an extra 4th walk-in shower with a vanity & sink), luxury all wood lodge in a Guard gated resort!
ABSOLUTELY NO BIG DRINKING PARTIES ARE ALLOWED, so don't even consider this cabin if you want a party house, as we do live in the resort and we do keep an eye on our properties!
The main level has a beautiful L shaped custom fully stocked kitchen with 2 of every major appliance (with a ton of extra amenities provided for our guests)! It has top of the line appliances, 2 gas stoves, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerators (one being on the screened in porch), with beautiful granite counter tops and a coffee bar with a lot of extras! On the main level you will also enjoy having a full size stacked washer and dryer (liquid laundry soap, Downy, & dryer sheets provided). The dining area has a very large 8 foot rectangle log dining table with 8 log dining chairs, a round cedar high top log table that seats 4, and 6 beautiful log stools at the 11 foot breakfast bar that has double granite counter tops. It's equipped with 3 propane fireplaces (in season), one in the large living room, one in the sitting room nestled off to itself on the main level, and 1 fireplace is downstairs. This main level also features a full nursery with a baby bed, changing table, sofa bed and a rocker. It has an offset office space in the back of the cabin past the dining room tables, with large windows so you can work at a beautiful log desk. This room also has 2 leather sitting chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee and look out back at the beautiful outdoor surroundings. A baby high-chair is also there for the little ones. The main level has 2 full baths with walk-in showers. The main bath can be accessed from both hallways and has double copper sinks on a beautiful rustic barrel vanity and a walk-in shower. You have a large king bedroom with a bay window, a twin over twin bunk bedroom, and a queen bedroom with it's own on suite full bathroom, a 2 player 60 game barrel video arcade table, a nice sitting room with a couch and rocker swivel chair that also has a black stand alone propane fireplace (in season), and outside from this room is a large screened in area that has a high top card/game table that seats 6 people, for all of you card and game players.
Every TV in the cabin has Direct TV that includes the NFL Sunday Ticket Channel for all of you sports fans!
The downstairs has a gorgeous Theater room with a 65" HD Flat Screen TV that seats 17 people in theater seats and also has an up level that will seat your remaining guests very easily with plenty of room for the kids or adults to sit or lay up there on the big pillows provided! There is a full library of kids and adult movies for your enjoyment in our theater room. The downstairs also has a beautiful king bedroom with a very comfy mattress, a full bath with a tub/shower combination, a pool table, a bar with bar stools, a bedroom with 2 queen over queen bunk beds so this room sleeps 8 people, and a very nice sofa couch that pulls out to sleep 2 people. The downstairs also has the extra 4th shower room which includes a vanity and sink (no toilet). Out the back door downstairs is a giant 10 ft long, $30K Jacuzzi brand hot tub that'll seat 10 guests comfortably! It's in a very nice large covered screened in area. This is by far the largest and nicest hot tub I've ever seen in a cabin and you will surely enjoy it!
