*Main Level:
Living Room w/ sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. Fully-stocked kitchen and dining table. 1 Bathroom. Master suite w/ king bed, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. The deck off the main level includes a gas grill, outdoor dining table, and additional seating.
*Upper Level:
A loft style bedroom and full bathroom.
*Lower Level:
Living space and game room with large sectional and additional seating, 75” flat-screen TV, pool table, foosball, arcade game, board games and poker set. Bunk room with full under twin bunks, half bathroom, and washer/dryer. The bunk room is kid friendly, with a child size picnic table, and a book shelf stocked with children’s games and books. The lower level outdoor deck has additional seating, as well as string lights and a hot tub!

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* We supply a Pack & Play, high chair and safety gate for the stairs.
* A park-style grill is available for you to use. Please remember to bring your own briquets. We supply grilling utensils.
*The fireplace is unavailable April 1 to October 1 (Standard for cabins in the area).
* Moderately steep and winding mountain roads.
* 4WD vehicles strongly recommended during inclement/snowy weather. Refunds are not given due to weather or acts of nature.
* This cabin is located in the mountains and you could encounter wildlife like bears, dear, squirrels, bugs, mice, etc. Not dangerous if you keep your distance, but you should be aware and take proper precautions. Do not leave food in your car.
* Cell phone and internet service can be patchy & unreliable, especially during storms. You're on vacation, disconnect and enjoy the peace and quiet!
* TV service is streaming with Roku and depends upon internet connection to work. DVD player & movies are available to use as well.
* Upstairs bedroom is like a second master suite. However, it is open to the main living area and does not have a door. It is set back from the stairs with a half wall to provide privacy. Direct line of sight to the bed is not possible from below. Also since it is upstairs, it tends to be a few degrees warmer during the summer. A ceiling and floor fan help keep it comfortable.
* The bunk room is adjacent to the game room and does not have it's own doors.
* In the Smokies occasionally wildlife will find their way into the attic of cabins. If that happens, we work quickly to remove them without disturbing our guests.
