This was a great placehad everything we needed and more very clean spacious floor plan enough room for everyone....was suppose to plan a trip for somewhere else next year but family wants to go back here

We loved this place. The large pool and so many arcade games were a hit with all 19 of us! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms! And the location was very close to everything! We'll be back for sure!

Family vacation their were 16 of us and this cabin had everything we needed. Great game room for the kids and enogh space were we were not on top of each other. Loved it!!

Everyone loved getting together. Having the arcade games, pool and whirlpool made it even better for then. I just wish check in could be earlier and it would be nice to have a fire pit to be able to sit around outside at night for s'mores.

Family trip

The cabin is very nice cabin. We had a great time and there was so many things for the kids to do that we barely left the cabin to do anything else. I would suggest that there was another set of bunk beds in the bunk rooms and more comfortable sitting in the living room and a fireplace on the upstairs balcony. Overall the cabin was amazing!

Lots of space!

Very spacious! Many activities for the kids to enjoy (pool and arcade). I liked that the pool was in a separate, safe building. Hot tub was easily accessible on the back porch. Easy checkout. We didn’t need to go anywhere - everyone was happy chilling at the house. But we ended up going into town one day. It was about 20 min away from activities. Smokey Mountain National Forest was about 30-45 minutes away. Beautiful drive and worth it!

August 2023 Stay

Our family stayed here for four nights and five days and we had a wonderful stay. The cabin was extremely clean and nice. There were eleven adults, three young adults, and four children. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and the individual bathrooms were very much appreciated and convenient. The pool, hot tub, arcade games, outdoor seating, outdoor patio, and other amenities ensured that everyone from ages 6 to 75 had something to enjoy. The double appliances were a huge plus for a large group. The staff was very responsive and timely in addressing our concerns. We had a great time and plan to visit again next year. Our only suggestions are adding TVs to the upstairs outdoor patio space, a hot tub on level two, and a second set of bunks to the bunk bedrooms to sleep four people instead of two because it's hard to use the sofa sleeper when people are gathered in the living room late hours and maybe expand the living room seating. Thanks

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the ac upstairs was not working and the pool was GREEN, a quick call to maintenance and the ac was fixed and the color of the pool was explained. Due to our inconvenience the rental company gave ALL 28 of my guests FREE tickets to an attraction of our choice; horseback riding,zip lining or the Ripleys aquarium. Even with the minor inconveniences our group had a blast at this cabin. I however would recommend some wooden chairs instead of the cracked plastic ones on the deck which would pinch your guests legs when they sat down.

Unable to use the pool for two days

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very disappointed in the condition of the pool upon our arrival.The water was cloudy with a green color and there was very little if any circulation from the pump.I contacted maintenance and a man was sent out.He said the filter needed to be replaced and a new one was on order.He rinsed out the filter and tested the water and then left.The water stayed the same ( greenish and cloudy)for two days until a new filter was installed on Monday morning .By Monday afternoon the water had finally cleared up enough for my family to swim.Also there were two broken chairs inside the cabin and two broken chairs outside.

The only complaint I have is the pool was chilly and did not allow us to control the temperature of the building itself. 82 is too chilly for a pool and the family did not use it as much as I had hoped. It was still a five star stay!

We were originally not going to return to Gatlinburg this year after spending the last 20 Thanksgivings here because we found prices had gone up and service/cabin up kept had gone down. Thankfully we found a Bear Tracks cabin this year and decided to give them a try. We were so impressed with the cabin, it was well maintained, well stocked (the best stocked kitchen we had ever seen), very clean, no bugs, everything working AND the most comfortable mattresses of all the cabins we had stayed in before. I loved their app with all the info you need during your stay and when we did text them (for trash and one small repair) they were quick to respond and fix. Seriously the best cabin/mgmt/cleaning we’ve experienced in Gatlinburg in a long time. We’ll be back! :)
