● As you enter the front door from the driveway you will be in the FAMILY ROOM that includes seating for 8 and a huge 75 inch smart TV * that streams your favorite shows and is wonderful for watching movies or sports.
● The "Bunk-Room" is on this level and includes a sturdy bunk bed with a Twin XL bed over a Queen bed -- great for kids, teens or adults! Wall mounted 43" smart TV for watching your favorite shows.
● Next to the bunk-room in the small hallway is an upright ARCADE machine with many games for everyone to enjoy.
● The other bedroom on this floor has a comfortable KING bed with attached bathroom. Also a DESK with a chair if you need to get some work done - plus fast 100Mbps internet. A wall mounted 43" smart TV for watching your favorite shows.
● Also on this lower level you will find the Laundry Room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
▷ SECOND FLOOR
● Walk up one flight of stairs and you will be on the main level which includes the Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Half bath and Primary Bedroom (with attached bathroom)
● The LIVING ROOM features a huge beautiful stone Fireplace along with soaring vaulted beam ceilings. This Electric fireplace provides ambience (with or without heat) and no mess, smoke or fumes! The large windows let in plenty of natural light and showcase the great Mountain Views.
● The DINING ROOM opens to the living room and includes a large table with fantastic Mountain Views. The glass door opens to the rear deck.
● The updated KITCHEN is fully stocked for all your cooking needs with pots, pans and cooking utensils. Plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses and coffee cups. You will find 2 Coffee makers (Drip and Keurig) for your convenience.
● A convenient half-bath is next to the Living Room.
● Queen size sleeper sofa in the Living Room for 2 people.
● The Primary Bedroom on this floor includes a comfortable KING bed and large ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, shower over tub and door with access to the hot tub. This bedroom has abundant natural light, ceiling fan and 43" smart TV to watch your favorite shows.
▷ TOP FLOOR
● Up one more flight of stairs you will find the 4th Bedroom that includes 2 comfortable QUEEN beds, 43" Roku smart TV and a bathroom with a shower. This loft bedroom is private and enclosed.
● Also a gaming area is on this floor with a Foosball Table to test your skills, 2 player Table-style Arcade machine with dozens of exciting games and a large wall-mounted Connect 4 game. Hours of fun for the whole family!

▷ REAR DECK - Upper
● Fire-pit Table (easy to use propane) with seating for 8). Propane comes from a 500 gal, underground tank so no worries about changing 5 gal. tanks!
In the cool evenings start up the rear deck FIRE PIT with just a dial turn and button push (propane) and relax by the warm flames while seated in comfortable cushioned patio furniture. Sip coffee or your favorite drink while enjoying the great Mountain Views.
● Relax in the heated bubbling water of the HOT TUB while enjoying a beautiful view of a SUNRISE over the Mountains or the STARS at night!
▷ REAR DECK - Lower
● Mini-golf course (5 holes) on the deck with Mountain Views! Fun for the whole family with child and adult size golf putters included. Covered deck with plenty of string lights so you can play at night.
▷ FRONT YARD
● The grassy front and side yards are a great area to play Cornhole with the family. Cornhole board and bags are located on the First floor.
● You will find a park-style Charcoal BBQ grill near the yard for enjoying outdoor cooking. Guests must provide charcoal, lighter fluid and matches.
▷ DRIVEWAY provides parking for up to 6 vehicles.
► DOG FRIENDLY
Feel free to bring your fur babies! Max 2 dogs (no cats please). Waterproof dog blankets, food/water bowls and waste bags provided.
Daily pet fee will be added automatically but you MUST select "traveling with pets" along with total guests when booking.
► BABY FRIENDLY
There are 3 retractable baby gates at the stairways for your family's safety. We also provide a Pack 'n Play playpen/crib and High Chair for your convenience.
► POOL AND FISHING POND
All guests have access to a huge members-only Swimming POOL, Fishing Pond and Deli – just a short drive away. We pay for the annual membership so it's free for our guests. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day (closed if raining) 10am to 6pm and the catch and release Fishing Pond is open all year from dawn to dusk. They sell fishing poles and bait and a Deli is on site.
* All TVs have Roku installed and you can access your favorite streaming apps such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu and Apple TV on your account - just log in. Roku "Guest Mode" allows you to enter your check-out date so you will be logged out of your accounts automatically on that date.
