This room includes seating for 9, a bar with microwave and refrigerator, pool table, old school gaming console (custom built into a bourbon barrel) and a theater room. Theater room consist of 6 power reclining chairs. Home boasts 9 large screen smart TVs including 3 with powered sound bars. Each floors deck is also equipped with large TV and a powered blue tooth speaker for you to play your favorite tunes. Complimentary HULU TV with sports, movies and kids channels available on all 9 TVs.

Lower level consists of 2 additional Bedroom suites with walk in baths and closets. BR # 3 consists of 2 Full Beds, double vanity bath with fully tiled rain shower, separate toilet room and a walk in closet. BR #4 is a custom Bunk Suite consisting of 4 Queen Beds (2 Queen top bunks and 2 Queen bottom beds), walk-in bath with double vanity, private toilet room and walk in closet.
