Regarding the email you sent stating, "We were afraid to use any of your stuff or to sit on any of the furniture because you were a little overbearing about the cost of everything so we felt like the only place to really be comfortable was outside on the deck and that is where we spend the majority of our time. We were afraid to even use the comforter for fear that if something happened we would have to replace it." It states on our description that we are a luxury cabin which means we offer a higher quality of furniture, linens and decor. You had the opportunity to read our contract prior to reserving with us, which would have enlightened you further. If you feel uncomfortable with quality surroundings perhaps you should find something more suitable to your needs and comfort level. Regarding the last statement in your email to us, " For future reference, you might try being a better host and don't make your guest feel unwelcome." Allen and I have been nothing but kind and gracious to you before, during and after your visit with us. Allen and I created a Special place for couples to spend Quality Time Together, to Rekindle their Spirits and Relationship. We use quality furniture, linens and decor because we Want our Guests to Feel Appreciated and Comfortable. That is why we are in the top 1% on Vrbo for cabin rentals in the area. That is also the reason our cabin looks like the day it was put up for rental. That being said, let's get down to the real reason for this review... You wanted to cancel your reservation two days before your arrival and wanted us to refund all of your money! It clearly states our cancellation policy online and in our contract. There are no refunds within 30 days of arrival. For Future Reference, we suggest, reviewing our cancellation policies and contract Prior to reserving with us.
