Peacefully relaxed

Wonderful cabin with plenty of fun for the family. Relaxation at its best! Our family enjoyed the quiet waters and peaceful nights by the fire.

Great Getaway

First time in Pigeon Forge area and this was a great place to stay, close enough to get to the strip and grocery store, but far enough away that you feel like you are in the country side. Houses are closer than I thought they would, but not a nuisance. The indoor pool, although a little small, is great for our family of 4 and having the TV in the pool area was a nice touch. Great stay, comfy house and enjoyed every day there!

Overall it was great. Needs a few upgrades

Everything was clean and location was great. However I wish the maintenance was a little better. Gutters were full of leaves so when it did rain the water was pouring over the sidewalks and made everything very slippery. Especially with the wet leaves all over the sidewalks. The pool house TV did not work which was disappointing.. nor did the other games located in the pool house. For the money spent I feel there’s better options.

Little Oasis

We loved the neighborhood this cabin was in! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need to cook. In the lower bedroom you can hear everything upstairs, but that was a minor annoyance. The wrap around porch and yard was perfect for evening hangouts. We will definitely be staying here again!

Pool left some to be desired

The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed and wanted. However the pool left a lot to be desired and was the main reason we booked the cabin. The pool house was EXTREMELY hot and while there is a mini split ac unit in there, the thermostat was locked. Even with all windows open and the door, it was like a sauna. The pool water was lukewarm like bath water because of how hot the inside of the pool house was as well as a pool heater. Also, could not get signal out in the pool house to connect Netflix or Hulu so we couldnt use the tv in the pool house. We ended up leaving a day early.

Not working

The property itself is nice overall but grass was not mowed. Went into the cabin the next day planning on washing my clothes and there was 4 inches of stagnant water in the washing machine. I was in the master bedroom and you could hear every step my sister made upstairs. Also the pool house video game would not even turn on and there were cobwebs with dead spiders in all the windows. They did offer to have our clothes picked up but I declined and they issued a $50 refund but those items I mentioned above should have been addressed BEFORE my arrival.
