We enjoyed staying in this roomy townhouse. It had everything we needed and a great location for our purpose in being there. The beds are very comfortable. A few minor details could be updated or replaced (such as a new shower liner), but we would definitely consider staying here again. Hosts were very attentive and responsive.

We loved it here!

This was a perfect little condo for our family of 4, it was in a great location. We were far enough away from all the traffic but just a couple miles from town. Evferything was very clean and neat. The communication with the owners was wonderful and they were very quick to answer any questions we had. I will definitely be staying here again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to spend time with your family.

Fun property for a family of 5 or less, your home base for adventure in Sevier County & Gatlinburg

Kids loved the hot tub and video game / arcade machine in the room. Comfortable beds and access to washer & dryer in the home were super helpful. House is just 5 to 10 minutes from the main stretch of retail & fun in Sevierville. Spacious downstairs and big couch. Our family of 5 stayed here and we had plenty of space. Glad we stayed here instead of at a hotel property with a smaller room. Would recommend and stay there again.

A great home away from home!

Our stay was very comfortable, the cabin was clean and well equipped. The hosts were available and very informative, they even offered a great suggestion for hiking! Really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, nice and quiet. It was close to town, but still away from all the hype. GPS had fun with us taking us so many different routes here as we left and came back. We finally learned the best way to go. Beds were comfy too! The kids loved the bunk bed.

Great location and layout

We were headed to Dollywood and wanted something close and this certainly fit the bill. Not only were we close to the park but Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the National Park were all very accessible. The layout was also excellent for a family of 5 with the added bonus of a private bath for the kids' room. We weren't inside much during the day but the new, large TV provided a great picture of our Lions getting jobbed by the officials.

Wonderful getaway

We had a lovely time! This property is away from the hustle and bustle, but yet still close to everything. The townhome itself was very comfortable and clean. We had a few plumbing issues, but Abe and Kate quickly made everything right again. They were easy to contact which we appreciated. Definitely will come back and try one of their other properties. Issues that were addressed quickly, would stay again

We had a few minor issues, but I don’t say that as a bad thing. The important thing was the host was quick with communication and problems were solved, which I would value more over having no problems at all. The location was great for us, as this was a Dollywood trip, and this was 10 min away. The property was clean and in a nice duplex area. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from Home

We stayed for a week for vacation and a dance competition. Location was great as we were in and out all week. My dancer enjoyed the hot tub after long days of competition. The place was clean and decorated very nicely. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The owners were great and quick to respond or communicating anything that was needed. I asked my daughter and mother if they had anything to add to our review and they said nothing as it was a great place and we would definitely book again when in TN.

Townhouse close to Gatlinburg, TN

The townhouse bedrooms, baths, kitchen indoor living space, hot tub along with listed amenities were as listed online. We found the townhouse to be clean, in good condition and beds to be very comfortable. Hot tub was hot &ready when we arrived! The location of the townhouse perfect for our weekend plans with only a 10 - 15 minute drive to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge. and Gatlinburg & only 30-40 minute drive to Knoxville.. So much to do in the area,..3 days was not enough time Abe & Kate were quick to respond to any questions. Detailed instructions were provided before our arrival and again prior to checkout . We would definitely stay here again !

Wonderful location!

Everything was as described, very easy to get to and close to everything in pigeon forge. We went to Dollywood and it took us very little time to get there. We are not used to driving in the mountains and this location did have little inclines to get to it but overall was a flat easy drive. The hot tub was fabulous, the AC worked incredibly well (huge plus for me!) and we had plenty of towels to go around. The king bed was incredibly comfy and my husband and I actually agreed. I love soft and he loves firm but this was a magic bed. Had a great time, the owners checked in on us via text but weren’t overbearing. Highly recommend!

Super cute place and great folks to work with

My husband and I took our youngest son and two grandchildren on the Polar Express in Bryson City and since we were so close, drove to Pigeon Forge for additional fun to celebrate Christmas together! Abe and Kate were gems to work with. They answered all questions, provided accurate descriptions of the townhomes, and the location was great and felt safe! They were even sweet enough to send us a message during our stay and offered up their favorite local spots in case we didn't have anything on the agenda for the day. I did not use the kitchen equipment while I was there besides the sink and dishwasher but, I did go through the cabinets to check out the items so I could feel like I'm leaving an honest review, and the items seemed to be in good condition and everything was there for cooking! Since we only stayed two nights, I splurged and went out to eat the whole time - YOLO, afterall! Highly recommend booking with Abe & Kate and I hope to do business with them again next year!
