The best

Abe&Kate are amazing VRBO owners! The property was immaculately clean inside and out. They responded to my messages right away and made sure once we were checked in that everything was ok. Also they were so helpful and understanding when i asked if we coukd stay an extra nightand they were more than willing to accommodate my request

Quiet Neighborhood

Booth Bedrooms are upstairs, but there is a 1/2 bath downstairs. Beds were comfortable. Adults easily fit on the bunk bed and it was comfortable. Hot tub was nice and private.

Lots of great updates, good location

This was a great spot for my family of 5. So much more space than an a hotel, and a great value. The property had lots of fresh updates, including a new hot tub and full size washer and dryer. With 3 teen boys, we were quite comfortable. The location provides easy access to the local attractions without being in the thick of traffic. The hosts were very responsive and worked to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Remote but close enough to the fun

This property was very clean and matched the description. We originally wanted to stay in a cabin but changed our minds when we realized everything we wanted to do would be a 45 minute drive. This location was perfect. It was not in the city hustle but only a 10 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg.

Good value, would stay again

I mainly agree with the previous 5 reviews, though I think Roger's 3/23 review had fair points but is disproportionately negative. The property is clean and fairly well maintained. It is only 10 minutes from Dollywood and 12 minutes from the intersection of SR 449/Parkway. It's a lot of space and amenities for the money. Private hot tub, full size washer/dryer, 2 BR/2 1/2 Bath, full kitchen...you're going to be hard pressed to find all that in a hotel or resort room. The property is showing a little wear though; but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. Lastly, the owners are attentive and communicate well.

Baseball tourney weekend

This was the perfect central spot for our baseball weekend with games in Dandridge and Knoxville. My husband and I and our 16 year-old son plus one 16 year-old teammate who’s parents couldn’t come. So much better than a hotel! The 2nd bedroom with bunk bed was perfect for the boys to have their own space and their own separate full bathroom was a bonus, not to mention the fun video game! The hot tub was enjoyed both nights to soothe sore baseball muscles. Kitchen was well stocked. We ate breakfast and dinner in which saved $ vs. eating our. It was nice to have starter soap/paper towel/toilet paper/dish soap/dishwasher supplies provided. Washer/dryer was another bonus to wash baseball gear and dry suits after hot tubbing to avoid going home with wet items. Beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

would not stay again

The ice maker not working .host knew about ahead of time.No written info in the unit. need a folder with check in check-out info wifi password, important contact numbers etc. need more decore. Sectional is not comfortable no other chairs in the living room. My son got one of the dining chairs to sit on and watch tv. No three way light switch for stairs.I could go on.The unit was clean and had plenty of room.I think the host needs to spend a few days there.

I will say communication was top notch, however the property needs some attention. It sleeps 6, however there is only seating for 4 at the table. We had to pull the outside chairs in so everyone could sit together. The kitchen wasn’t stocked well and only had one pot and a couple of pans. This made it difficult to cook. The beds were so squeaky that anytime someone moved, it would wake me up. This was a complaint for both beds. Both mattresses were lumpy. There were no hangers in either closet and there was no dresser in the secondary bedroom. I had to stack all clothes in the top of the closet. The handrail was so dirty and sticky we had to clean it. We stayed in the end unit, so for the most part it was pretty quiet. The hot tub was nice.

Perfect Hideaway

Kate + Abe were excellent hosts. The townhome was just minutes from everything to do and was in a nice quiet area just out of town. We enjoyed the hot tub after every days adventures and I can't say enough about the hosts. They were on call for us every minute of our stay. They were professional and prompt. We will come stay with them again.
