Nice private location close to attractions. The property was well kept and had nice features. Getting ahold of the company for an issue we had during our stay was a problem however. Overall a good experience and plesant stay.
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Liked it being one level, the hot tub being covered. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was fully equipped. Only thing that I had trouble with was the sliding shower door would come off track when getting in and out of it.
The property was very clean and spacious. We came to the cabin earlier in day, before dark and i am glad we did roads in the mountains at night are no fun.

Great place to relax
I was impressed by the how clean and well maintained the cabin was. The only small issue was the overhead fan in the living room didn't work or the overhead fan in the kitchen. Other than that, it was well worth the money. Everything was there that we needed to cook, watch tv, internet, etc. Was well pleased overall.
Really enjoyed this house, and the privacy! The hot tub couldve been cleaned a little better, but we still enjoyed it every day! Water pressure was a little bit of an issue. You couldnt use water in 2 places at the same time. Not a huge inconvenience, but still an aggravation. House was perfect,LOVED the porch, and the peacefulness. Considering renting it again for our next visit!
The location was beautiful. It was a bit of a zig zag into the property, but worth it! The cabin it self was perfect for us and our friends.
The cabin is exactly as described. Very cozy and comfortable… however we did have a couple of issues. The vents from the a/c and heating was so full of lint it was blowing all over the bathroom everytime the unit came on. The 2nd was the dog hairs on the sheets in both bedrooms .. we stripped the beds and washed them. No big deal. We knew it was a pet friendly cabin and we’re pet owners ourselves. All in all I would recommend it and I would come back.
The cabin was in a beautiful setting in the trees, and we enjoyed sitting on the lovely porch. Everything was very clean. However, we have some things that could be improved! The sheets on our queen bed were too small(maybe double size??) and the bottom fitted sheet did not even go over the corner of the mattress. During other VRBO stays, kitchens have included coffee filters, salt and pepper, sugar, sweetener etc. We really missed having those things provided. There were not enough dishwasher pods available. We had no internet service, though the manager did make an effort to get it restored. This is a lovely property! A few small improvements could make this a 5 star stay.
Great place for the price, but off the beaten path.
If you want privacy and seclusion, then this place checks those boxes. Layout is nice, hot tub and rocking chairs make sitting on the porch enjoying the woods peaceful. If you use the jacuzzi, be ready to wait a little bit as the hot water comes out slowly.Kitchen has everything you need, just bring food and charcoal for the grill. It's about a 15 min ride to get into town during the day, a lil more at night if lots of folks are out. Fireplace keeps the living room nice and cozy, turn fan on on the hvac and it circulates that heat into the bedroons for comfort. Satelite and wifi help with tv options when needed.Wifi is a lil slow but beats nothing at all(had trbl viewing home camera systems over the wifi) also not password protected so be aware of that.Driveway would be a issues in snowy weather without 4wheeldrive.Overall we would stay here again.
We had an amazing week staying here. The Cabin was nice, and the location wasn't too far away from the strip. We loved the fireplace, and it was roomy enough for our little ones to play and yet small enough for us not to worry about where they were. However, there were a few issues.
If you are considering staying here and are in need of dependable and moderately fast internet for work you will have issues. The wifi/internet was poor, and we could barely pull up emails at times for the few work emergencies that occurred. Cell service was minimal but enough for calls and text. just not a lot of data usage.
There were a few things that needed repair. First, One of the burners on the stove was out and wouldn't work.
Second, The major issue we had was with the kid's room. The window in the room needs to be repaired. It would not latch completely, and if the wind was strong enough, it would blow the window open. Which also caused problems with trying to keep their room warm. I ended up propping some books up against it to keep it from opening up.
Besides those issues, we had a wonderful week staying here.
This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we enjoyed coming back. The place is nice and clean. It had everything we needed and we will come back again.
The cabin was nice and clean. The only negatives were the small added on room with the bunk beds get really cold when the temperature drops outside, and the driveway was steep with a very sharp curve. Overall it was a great cabin though. I would stay here again.
Besides the fridge smelling like fish and trash cans the raccoons can definately get into, the cabin was nice, just as described. The location was great, traveling in to town was easy. We'd stay again (pending a new fridge).
We stayed at this property over a long weekend. The driveway was steep and a little scary – we come from flatland. Overall the house and property met our needs and we had a good time. It was located about 20 minutes from everything we wanted to see which was great
Wonderful stay only thing is furniture in living room could be updated not very comfortable very worn out and tear in recliner keureg could be upgraded took forever for one cup of coffee otherwise wonderful
Loved the cabin but the address was blocked by bushes so it was confusing to which way to turn and the road needs some tress trimmed back due to the rain some fell into the road and we had to move them. Also the road sign needs to be viewable from both direction we pasted it up several time due not being able to see it.
Overall the stay was excellent. We arrived approximately 1 hour early (40 minutes). I responded to the number that text me if there were any questions. They never responded back. I asked if we were able to check in earlier than the listed 4pm. No answer was given so we were forced to sit and wait it out. 40 minutes should not make any difference in the checking in process.
Other than that, the stay was amazing!

There was a bear
We had a bear come on to our property and try to climb over our since I had to spray the bear with bear spray. There are very close to cabin a warning that bears were this close would have been nice. Since the lady I talked to after/ during the bear indecent she said we knew about the active bears in the area. I heads up would have been nice. Also a couple of the deck boards were rotten and the WiFi was terrible had me service entire stay in cabin

Smoky Mountain Getaway
Cabin is nice but needs cleaned. The whole cabin smelled like smoke when we arrived. The ice maker did not work on refrigerator. The tub and bathrooms were very dirty. The floor registers in both bathrooms need replaced. They are rusty and have dust bunnies as big as cotton balls within view and need cleaned. Master bedroom walls need fresh coat of paint. This could be so much nicer, needs maintenance and attention to detail.
Upon first arriving, I walked into a mess. NOTHING cleaned. Mattress for the hide-a-bed in couch just thrown on the floor in living room. Cockroaches in one bathroom, some stuff coming out of the floor grate in the other bathroom. Coffee stains all over counter top in kitchen. Pillow case on supposedly clean bed full of someone’s BLACK hair. Texted pics to them and they didn’t care nor did they ever send someone out for the bug issue. At least if they did they never informed me of it and they were supposed to. I will never recommend this company to anyone. The only thing I received from them was, I’m so sorry you’re not enjoying your stay.
A pesar de llegar y todavía no estaba lista la cabaña, para nosotros no fue un problema , pues nos comunicamos a gusto con la
Encargada muy atenta y sociable, todo nos fue muy bien , el lugar tranquilo y hermoso y cercano del centro.
