Beautiful place!

My family and I stayed for a few days. Very clean, nice cabin. The kids loved the pool! We even saw a few bears right outside our back door! It is not far from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg at all. The parking was a little steep but that is the only complaint! Would definitely stay again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful newly built home. The inside pool was the main reason for our booking because we love to swim. Any issues that I did have management was available and the issues were addressed quickly. It’s close to everything which was a plus. We will definitely be renting again

Wonderful Gatlinburg cabin

The property was perfect. Great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Such a peaceful area. Our kids loved the mini pool. My husband and I really appreciated the placement of the pool as we were able to use the hot tub and play pool and still have visibility of the pool and keep an eye on the girls. My kids are already asking when we can come back.

Great Stay

The only issue with this property is the parking. The driveway is on a big hill. One flat area to park but need to carry all your stuff uphill is a pain. Pool was great, hot tub could have been cleaner as it was foamy when the jets are on. Family had a wonderful time though. Will definitely rent from Patriot again

Friends birthday getaway!

Communication wasn't the best, getting the code at 4pm wasnt what I've been used to as I've always gotten it the day before any trip. After the stay, none of that really mattered! When you walk in you could smell how clean everything was, this cabin had the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a vacation home. We saw bears the first 15 minutes we were there! Overall absolutely beautiful and peaceful.

The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool and game room was very entertaining. However, there is no cell phone access and when the Internet went out for a day, we couldn’t use the tv, computer or phones. It was a safety concern because we have young children. We did see a black bear outside the living room window. Very peaceful and relaxing.
