Beautiful and Central Apartment, Ideal for Families, and Groups of Friends.

This spacious apartment (almost 100 m2.) is located on the ground floor of a beautiful building. It is located in the emblematic Seville neighborhood of San Bernardo. Is a very central area but, at the same time it is a very quiet place. It consists of three rooms (sleeps 6-7), with 2 double beds in the first two rooms, and two large single beds (105 m wide) in the third. The living room is spacious qnd bright. It has two bathrooms
.It is located just a five-minute walk from Plaza de España and María Luisa Park. In addition, the Metro-centro, literally two minutes from the door of the property, will leave you in 10 minutes at the foot of the Seville Cathedral, La Giralda and "El barrio de Santa Cruz". The apartment has amenities such as free parking, paid audiovisual platforms that we offer for free (Netflix, Hbo, Disney plus, etc.), two full bathrooms, central heating and air conditioning, top quality mattresses, sheets, towels, hygiene products and beauty....in addition yo will find a very varied breakfast (self-service).

Excellent but we got the wrong address

I wish I could give this apartment a 10. It is truly exceptional. It is clean, spacious, and well-located, and it even includes breakfast. Unfortunately, we were never given the address, and the address in VRBO did not exist. Plus one of the 2 phone numbers provided also did not exist and we could not reach anyone with our Vadafone card. Imagine arriving in a strange city under those circumstances. Fortunately, a passerby helped us reach the owner, and we found the correct address and the key but we still did not have the apt number. Here, we were also helped by another tenant. The Wifi and TV system did not work. We tried many times to reach out but got no answer. After leaving Seville, I saw that Maria had answered on VRBO app, but we did not have Wifi and could not find anywhere, resto, etc, where we could the open the VRBO app. I am really sorry because the apartment is great. So I wish you better luck.

Was nice to have the basic groceries provided for breakfast. We especially enjoyed the melon, milk and juice. Having a self check in was a big plus, making it so you didn't need to coordinate schedules. We didn't use the parking garage based on having a mid size rental car. We walked to all attractions from the home.

Excelente sitio para alojarte en sevilla

La anfitrion es una persona muy hospitalaria y cercana. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para que tengas la sensación de estar en tu casa. Se encuentra a 15-20 minutos caminando a la catedral en una zona muy tranquila con facil comunicacion de transporte al centro y al aeropuerto y supermercados muy cerca. Es un sitio ideal para vosotar la ciudad
