Roach and insect infestation on the first floor - Stay Away!

We decided to stay at this location with our large family of 8. Unfortunately, the entire house smelled of gutter and we saw several roaches. The first night, we had to kill them ourselves. I have photo proof. They proceeded to spray the first floor with pesticide and the extra folks had to cram into the two rooms that didn’t have roaches and clean up the dead bugs and roaches ourselves. I paid $2600 for a three night stay. They only offered 15% back as an apology. This isn’t enough as half the rooms we rented were rendered useless. I do not recommend this place or company.

Wonderful place and location

This property is fantastic. It is walking distance to everything. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to do any cooking, and communication with the property owner was easy. We finished every evening on the rooftop with a glass of wine - definitely a highlight! Would stay here again, for sure.

Seviila did not disappoint!

First time in Sevilla and staying at this apartment set my family and I up for the best experience. It was in a great location, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Loved the set up, decor, roof top terrace, the spaces. If I were buying an apartment in Sevilla, I would want to buy this one. I fell in LOVE with Sevilla, and fell in LOVE with this apartment. Traveled with my husband, two daughters (18 and 25) and my mother and mother in law (78) and the elevator was such an added plus. Can't say enough great things about our stay, this townhouse is simply the best!!!

Great stay in central Seville

Very spacious accommodation in central Seville- walking distance to the cathedral and Real Alcazar. Had all the amenities and a lovely roof terrace too. Be aware though that given its central location it is close to a number of bars and they stay open very late at least on Fridays- so if you want peace and quiet you should think about a different area.

The place couldn’t have been more ideal. Perfectly located. Bathrooms for all bedrooms. Very well decorated and with all the amenities (after all of our walking that elevator was unexpectedly useful!). One of our best VRBO experiences ever.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property The location was perfect. Close to shops, and many tourist attractions. The accommodations were very comfortable with an individual bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials. The decor was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gem.

Amazing Townhome. Incredible Location.

Just a fantastic place to stay. The apartment is recently renovated with all modern appliances and is just gorgeous. The terrace was the perfect place to wind down the evening with a glass of wine. The neighborhood is so cool and lively. The bar across the street has delicious food. The coffee-shop/bar/restaurant on the corner was a favorite place for us to grab breakfast or an afternoon coffee. The grocery store is so close. Definitely stay here.

Fantastic property

We absolutely loved this place. We were a group of 7, and the 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths were perfect. There’s also an elevator inside the house which made moving our luggage a lot easier. The location is great too, everything is walking distance from here. Would definitely come back here.
