Very elegant , and nice, competent , staff. Walkable to the Plaza de Espana, but too far from city center for other sites and typical old town bustle. Not many dining options around hotel. Hotel itself was lovely and comfortable.

Well appointed, clean & comfortable. Poor meal on first night (paella contained tough chicken meat). Also had accident at poolside resulting in a painful knee injury after falling on extremely slippery tiles.

We walked from the train station and it was very convenient. We were close enough to shopping and dining but also far enough away that it was quiet. We used the hot tub and one morning we enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Everything was great and quick service what I needed. Only thing I didn’t like is the location is little distance to the downtown. I have to take Uber or bus every time to go to the Cathedral area but reasonable price and transportation is very convenient if you don’t mind to take them.

Muy buen hotel, bien ubicado. Justo al lado de unos bellos jardines y con muchos mercados y restaurantes cerca. Se encuentra en las afueras del casco historico, por lo que es una zona mas tranquila y moderna. Excelente servicio y habitaciones de buen tamaño. El desayuno del hotel es buena y tiene buena variedad, aunque un poco mas caro lo normal.

Hotel was really nice and within a 20 minute walk to all the main attractions. It is also close to the nearby train stations. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and was well organized. Room was really nice with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, good bath and shower, and complimentary toiletries. The only slight downside was that the room faced onto a main room so at times it could be noisy, though not enough to keep me awake. I would stay at the hotel again and enjoyed my stay.

Lage ist nicht ganz ideal, man läuft schon lange ins Zentrum bzw. zur Straßenbahn. Frühstück war auch nicht so doll. Zimmer sind aber gut, sauber und nicht hellhörig. Gutes Bett.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the tub design and we asked for a couple of things that were never addressed. I wish they had a microwave in the room. It was my birthday and they left me cake. That was very much appreciated. Everyone was nice.

Clean & modern. Great room beds& bedding. Hotel staff are very friendly & accommodating. My only negative is that the hotel Advertise under amenities that they offerf a pool & AC available for guests to use. Neither of which we could use on our stay because the pool is open seasonally as is the AC only available seasonally. shame because on the 24° day we would have loved to have access to the pool and AC.
