Very nice location-handy for walking, lots of good dining options nearby, felt safe. Very good communication from property owner. Good size rooms, bathroom was a little tight to maneuver but it was fine. Nice to have a kitchen included too

Nice apartment on the edge of historic Seville

Apartment was clean and ample enough for my wife and I. Walking west about a block you cross a busy avenue and then you are immediately in the old town area. Short walk to Casa de Pilatos, a bit longer to the Cathedral and Alcazar

Il y avait des odeurs de remontées d égouts, la salle de bain est trop petite, la douche est glissante (chute), petit cafard dans la douche, matelas double déformé, TV ne fonctionne pas sans code Android.

Great, safe location, awesome host

Staying in this apartment greatly enhanced our family travel in Seville. The host speaks perfect English and really helped out. The apartment was very clean and in a well maintained building. Walking distance to good restaurants, laundry and groceries. We had a stress free and unforgettable vacation in Seville. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Nous avons passer un bon séjour à Séville, mais malheureusement il y avait beaucoup de bruit des travaux à côté de notre hébergement, il faut le reconnaître l'appartement est bien placé on pouvait faire tout nos visite à pieds c'était un bon point

Excellent séjour

Appartement très bien situé, nous avons tout fait à pied. Literie très confortable. L'appartement est très bien équipé. La salle d'eau et la douche sont un peu petites. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Check in et check out au top! La jeune fille qui nous a acceuilli était très sympathique. Les photos de l'annonce sont conformes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Cet appartement se trouve situé dans un environnement calme et pas très loin du centre ville de Séville. L'Agence s'est montrée très professionnelle et nous a aidé chaque fois que cela a été nécessaire.

Appartement propre et calme, proche des différents quartier à visiter. Commerces à proximité. Attention, il n'y a pas de balcon mais un patio. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Small apartment in a good location

The apartment is too small for a family of 5. It's also described as modern which it isn't. The electricity cut off every time we turned on the electric hob, which made cooking almost impossible. The apartment is really small so a family of 5 should probably steer clear. That said, staff are always friendly, and the location is great to explore the old town by foot, and plenty of buses are available on your doorstep.

Lo mejor la ubicación

En las fotos da mejor sensación que luego lo que te encuentras, pero bueno no está mal. Antes que volver intentaría buscar otro y si no encontrara nada por el mismo precio si volvería pero sobre todo por la ubicación.

Appartement fonctionnel très bien situé

Séjour très agréable, idéal pour 4 personnes, confortable et suffisamment équipé., appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir Séville à pied, la climatisation plus que bienvenue ! Procédure d'arrivée de départ très efficace et sympathique. Quelques problèmes électriques (plombs qui sautent) en lien peut être avec les 15 jours de travaux dans l'immeuble (pas cool mais difficilement prévisible). Todo estabà muy bueno!

A great place in Sevilla!

This is a great place to stay in Sevilla! It is no more than 20-30 minutes walking to anything that you want to see. Many things are within 15 minutes. The apartment held our family of four comfortably. There is a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook on your stay. We could have had a few more towels, as there were only 2. The apartment is very clean and spacious. There is also air conditioning which is nice because Sevilla is very hot. It was exactly what our family needed in such an amazing city. We had a few issues with checkin being a little slow. Additionally, the address on VRBO isn’t exactly accurate so you may need to message the host to ask for the address. However, despite these issues, it did not take away from the trip and the friendliness and the hospitality of the host made up for our issues. The host has great recommendations for seeing Sevilla! It is clear that he loves this city. He has a business where you can take tours with him. If we had more time, we would have done it. We would GLADLY return to Sevilla and this apartment again if we had the chance.
