Centrally located, few minutes walk to the center and to the restaurant. Very quite building too. The breakfast is so worth it. They served right next to a good coffee shop/restaurant. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Appartement tres bien situé, proches des commodités et des monuments a visiter. Propre et décoré avec goût. Le rooftop est vraiment tres appréciable. Quelques problemes de communication avec lagence Numa pour récupérer notre code pour la porte d'entrée. Possibilité de poser ses bagages avant l'heure d'arrivée et après l'heure de départ dans les coffres a l'entrée. Je recommande.

The location was excellent in the heart of everything in Seville. The room was really a small apartment with full kitchen , washer, and full size fridge. There was a small issue with my tv but customer service was diligent in resolving the problem asap . Please be aware that the bedroom in this unit did not have a tv or window to outside air. The living room has both of these items though with a small French balcony to the street. I would highly recommend this place and would happily use them for future stays.

This property was quite unusual for us. The location in Seville was excellent. The property didn’t have any reception. The only staff was housekeeping who didn’t speak English although they tried to help. There were no keys only pins which has its pros and cons. Unfortunately for us the tv did not operate and was like that for our entire stay apparently every room was the same. The management seemed quite unaware until we advised them on WhatsAPP which is the only form of communication. In the end they compensated us but we would have preferred a working tv. I don’t think this would have happened in a staffed hotel. The aircon was excellent, beds comfortable and the rooms were generally clean. There was no view as the windows all looked out to a dark courtyard.

The apartment is ideally located within a three-minute walk of the town centre and is conveniently close to local amenities and major sightseeing attractions. While I was able to extend my stay through the Hotels.com app and communicate with Numa via WhatsApp, access to a direct telephone number for verbal assistance would have been preferable, particularly for longer or business-related stays. Overall, I had a very positive experience and found the accommodation comfortable and well suited for an extended stay. I would confidently recommend this apartment to other travelers.

Staying in the Numa property in Seville was amazing, it was well equipped and beautiful. The location was brilliant - literally only a 5 min walk from all the shops and very close to other attractions. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider Numa again in other destinations.
