Room, living room, kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with shower and large terrace with views of La Giralda. Very bright. Air conditioning / heating. A 2 minutes from the bus station, with very good combination for the airport and the train station; and 15 minutes from the Cathedral. Leisure and commerce areas less than 5 minutes. ideal for Easter and Fair.

The host welcomed me downstairs and even carried my luggage up for me! It’s a unique set up where you walk out on the roof with a beautiful view in order to get to the unit. It was clean and the air conditioning worked well! Had everything I needed and was a comfortable stay.

Great stay in Seville

Great location and value near everything in Seville. Only stayed one night, but it was clean, comfortable, and near all the sites for quickly touring Seville. Used the bus terminal and it is within walking distance. Even though we had to pick up keys, communication with Miguel was excellent and were met with the keys right when we arrived. Easy process. If ever in the Andalucía area again, will definitely stay here.

Amazing view

Everything was really great. Check in and the contact with Miguel was perfect. The view from the rooftop was amazing. One of the best in Sevilla. Distance to the center was only a few steps away. The only thing we were missing was sunbeds on the rooftop. If we come back one day to Sevilla we will rent this accomodation again. 5 * for everything.

Nous avons apprécié le calme, la vue sur les toits et la giralda, l'emplacement proche du centre, le quartier sympathique. De plus il est proche des bus pour la gare et l'aéroport.

Amazing

The apartment is small, but the location is perfect, we had 10 days here and had an incredible time. The beauty of Sevilla, it's character and charm, blew us away and had has thinking of moving here for a much longer stay. Most places you might want to see are within walking distance and the river is just a few hundred meters away. When we come back to Sevilla we will definitely be trying to book this apartment again. Thanks to our hosts for providing such a lovely space.

L'appartement est petit mais pratique. La terrasse et la vue sont supers! Le quartier est tres calme et tout est accessible facilement. Attention aux dos sensibles, le matelas n'est pas très épais.

Sehr helle, freundliche und praktische Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Natürlich ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse unschlagbar und das ganz große Plus dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat aber auch sonst alles, was man braucht und ist hell, freundlich und sehr sauber. Obwohl sie in Laufweite von allem liegt (auch ein sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt ist 50m nebenan) ist sie sehr ruhig, was man angesichts des lauten und späten Nachtlebens in Sevilla nicht hoch genug schätzen kann. Ich habe die Wohnung während eines zweiwöchigen Sprachkurses gemietet und würde sie jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Une très bonne adresse pour un séjour sévillan

Ravis de notre séjour !!! Emplacement au top, car quasiment tous les lieux touristiques se trouvent à 20 min à pied, station de bus à 10 min. à pied, commerce alimentaire à 30m. autres commerces à 5 min., grande surface à 8 minutes à pied. En fait depuis cet appartement tout Séville peut se faire à pied. Situé au 4eme étage sans ascenseur, en septembre vous serez au calme sur une terrasse presque uniquement pour vous. Et à l'intérieur la climatisation est bien utile. Miguel, le propriétaire est à l'écoute, très aimable, discret et bienveillant. Il répond rapidement aux demandes via l'application, ce qui facilite le séjour, c'est très appréciable. Une adresse à retenir, n'hésitez pas c'est vraiment un bon plan 👌👌👌

Great position with a large terrace in a local residential area directly adjacent to the centre of Seville. Small rooftop accommodation, but has everything you need for a couple to enjoy a break in Seville - fourth floor and no lift so don’t book if that doesn’t appeal!

Très belle terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle et très bien situé proche du centre historique

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, Séville est magique et très riche en histoire. Miguel nous a conseillé pour les restaurants et les sorties, nous avons pu compter sur lui pour l' aller-retour à l'aéroport. C'est un hôte très sympathique et à notre écoute en cas de problème (il habite le même immeuble c'est très pratique) C'est une ville que je conseille où il fait bon se promener, déguster des tapas et prendre une pause devant une bonne bière en terrasse au soleil. Merci Miguel de nous faire profiter de votre petit nid sur les toits. Nous sommes rentrés enchantés de notre séjour et déjà envie d'y retourner !! Corinne et Martial

Really sweet studio flat with a gorgeous terrace and views. Had a really lovely time here in the run up to Fiesta Primavera - highly recommend this studio which is close to everything and yet feels quite tranquil when you return from the bustle of the City.

Fonctionnel et bien situé

La location est située à proximité des sites incontournables de Séville sans être en plein centre. Le quartier est donc calme et tout est faisable à pied. Le logement est petit mais foctionnel, en terme d'aménagement, et de mobilier. La grande terrasse qui surplombe les toits alentours et offre une vue dégagée et quasi-circulaire est un des points fort de cette location, avec son petit salon de jardin sa table et ses chaises, il est très agréable d'en profiter en toutes saisons pour peu qu'il ne pleuve pas. L'idéal pour des vacanciers venus par avion, avec un minimum de bagages pour quelques jours aurait été de trouver sur place le strict minimum pour la cuisine et l'entretien ( sucre, sel, poivre, huile...produit vaisselle ....) mais nous avons finalement déjeuné et dîné dehors, ce qui est facile car il y a de nombreux restaurants tout autour et pour tous les budgets. Le propriétaire est accueillant, discret et conciliant.
