Excellent
The unit was so great with two bathrooms and the rooftop was great! It is in a great location, convenient to walk to sights and a quick cab ride to train station. It is located above a restaurant and bar so it’s a bit noisy until midnight. If you do as the locals do, this is not a problem as dinners are eaten late so bedtime is late as well.

Beautiful stay in warm Seville
We had a wonderful time staying in this house in the neighborhood of Triana. it was really close to the Triana marketplace and had good access to tax stops if you need to get anywhere within Seville. The home is very beautifully decorated and thought out when it comes to outlets, layout, balcony, and terraces. And we just really love the vibe of the amenities of the home. It’s also conveniently located above a bar so you can leave part of your party in the home while the adults go downstairs to drink and snack a bit. Our host was wonderful, leaving welcome snacks, and drinks as well as plenty towels and bathroom toiletries for guests. We were very pleased to see that they even went ahead and set up our baby cot in the bedroom, ready for us when we arrived, as well as a chair in the kitchen. The host went really above and beyond to provide us with so much information about the neighborhood as well as Seville. We really did have a wonderful stay at this home. Would highly recommend this home for any family!

Comfort in Triana
With a group of six long-time friends we enjoyed the hospitality of Beatriz and Samuel and their very comfortable and stylish apartment. We walked to the Spring Festival and truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

This place is a gem: beautifully designed, plenty of indoor and outdoor space, responsive and friendly hosts, fully stocked with coffee, milk, bread, wine and soap etc, in a great neighborhood location! A little noise at night due to the bar below, but nothing crazy (by Seville standards)!

family trip - great place to stay
We had a wonderful time at this place. The unit was as advertised and great. The location was perfect as we could take a quick walk to be in the middle of a lot of activity near the bridge - restaurants, markets, cafes, shops. The manager of the bar on the ground level was very friendly and we said hi to him every time we came back to our unit. One evening we had a couple hours of down time and we let the kids rest in the room while we had a beer and chatted with him for two hours. Also, our first day there our son was feeling ill, and I found a clinic within about a 5 minute walk that checked him out and tested him for strep throat, etc. He was fine, but it was nice to have that place so close by. We got very lucky and found a parking spot right in front of our unit on the street and simply left our car for our entire 3 day stay in Seville. Had no issues at all with this place and think we may try to stay here again down the road. Highly recommend.

Perfect family accommodations in Triana
This was the perfect location for a family of 5 to enjoy the spectacular city of Sevilla. The neighborhood was clean and safe and we enjoyed all that Triana offers, all within a reasonable walking distance from the house. We were welcomed into the home with a basket of fruit, loaf of bread and bottle of wine. The home was clean and the pictures fairly represented the decor. The rooftop was great and our family of five was very comfortable. Communication with the owners was exceptional. They always responded immediately and were a great resource to us for guidance on sight seeing and things to do in the neighborhood. The walk across the bridge into the city center was manageable. We walked from the home to Alcazar/Cathedral area, Plaza de Espana and back though Triana neighborhood with ease. Unless you want to stay in the city center, I highly recommend this property.

Spacious and lovely
The property was just as advertised. Two spacious king bedrooms, and a third room with two twin beds. Two large and well appointed bathrooms, and a well appointed kitchen. A relaxing roof deck to have a glass of wine at the end of the day or coffee in the morning! The hosts left us lots of goodies to eat. The location is in the trendy, Triana neighborhood, a reasonable walking distance to everything with lots of excellent restaurants very close by.

Great apartment within walking distance of many sites. The accommodations are phenomenal and very open and welcoming. The host was amazing with communication and offered assistance with one of our party who became ill during our flight in. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting Sevilla.

Great property and was very clean and updated . Location was nice in proximity to the center of Seville. However, the bar below the apartment definitely had a negative impact on our experience. They played their music so loud it was heard throughout the entire apartment and some nights until 1am. We all enjoyed Seville and would return, but due to the unfortunate noise below this apartment would look elsewhere to stay. Owners of the apartment were great to communicate with before hand, in planning our arrival details. Seville is great and would recommend visiting, if you don’t mind blaring music all night till 1am this apartment is great.

A lovely space for a relaxing trip!
The property was so beautiful, we lived relaxing in the upstairs terrace and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We didn’t get to spend much time in the Triana neighbourhood as we were here for a wedding but we used the nearby like bikes to get in and around the city each day!

Charming space, the outdoor spaces were cute and we were able to utilize them in the morning, it was really hot and not able to enjoy at night😕 we were greeted to an easy check in and there was wine, fruit and bread, along with other treats. We would recommend this place to others!!!

Stunning house in Sevilla
A beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable house in Triana district, Seviile. Magnificent roof terrace, perhaps the nicest I've ever seen. Minutes to the Triana bridge and into Seville's wonderful Old Town and the many bars and restaurants. Great communication with hosts. Highly reccommend.

Perfect Family Rental
We stayed in 3 different places on a recent trip to Spain and this was everyone's favorite. The hosts put a great deal of extra effort in making this place special. The property itself is 3 levels including a rooftop terrace; beautifully decorated, comfortable, roomy and clean. Located on the edge of a popular restaurant, tourist area with easy walking to many major attractions including the Sevilla Cathedral and Alcazar. We loved walking the streets going to the covered market and eating at restaurants recommended by the hosts. This is a great property for a family or 2 couples. The only note of caution is all guests should be able bodied, the only access to the main and upper levels are via stairs.

Simply amazing! A MUST stay if in Sevilla!
I cannot express enough how wonderful the owners are as well as the property. The owners had amazing communication and they even went above and beyond to help me with some tickets that I had ordered by calling the box office and reading over an email for me. The house was located within a quick walk to the wonderful Triana market, Día grocery store and into Sevilla over the bridge. It is located above a bar/restaurante, but there was no noise that we ever noticed. We had tapas and drinks down there one night and the bartender was so nice helping me with my Spanish! We spent hours on the two terraces. The house had everything we needed, as well as more (toiletries, coffee, laundry detergent) and the welcome basket was not only so nice but perfect after a long day of travel. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, without a doubt I would stay here again.

Sensational Sevilla Stay
Samuel and Beatriz are amazing hosts. Their property is fantastic! The rooftop almost kept us from sightseeing because it's so cozy. So close to the riverwalk. We so loved the wine, bread and fruit they provided. I cant say enough positive things about this stay. More like a home than a corporate vrbo. There is a lively pub just below the property the downstairs room can hear but nothing an AC fan and white noise app cant solve. Thank you Samuel and Beatriz!

Perfect Property in a Great Location
The property is stunning, every conceivable comfort for a great stay has been provided by Samuel and Beatriz. The beds and other furniture are very comfortable and of good quality. The bedding and towels are also good quality. Water, milk, wine, jam,butter, bread and a large bowl of fruit were thoughtfully provided for our arrival. The house was spotlessly clean as was the beautifully furnished outside spaces. The house is in a central location and a lot of thought has gone into creating privacy on the stunning roof terrace. Although there were only 3 of us, there is ample space for 6 people. I felt that this would be a perfect property for winter stays as the property has central heating and is well equipped for longer stays. The area of Triana is beautiful and has great local restaurants and friendly bars. There are also supermarkets, fruit shops etc a few minutes walk from the property. The historic centre of Sevilla is 10 minutes walk across any of the bridges across the river. We tended to eat locally in the evening as there is a good selection of restaurants, tapas bars etc and the area felt very safe at night. This was our 4th visit to Sevilla and we will return again in the future and to this property again. I only wish that we had found it in our 1st visit. Wonderful property!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was beautiful, everything looked brand new. The beds were comfortable and the host left some items for breakfast, which was extremely thoughtful. Samuel, the host, was easy to get in touch with through the app and responded to all questions very quickly. The location was great and the walk to most sites was about 15 minutes. Taxis were easy to find as well. Overall, we loved everything about this place.

A perfect gem
This beautiful oasis near the river in Triana has left nothing out. From a lovely “welcome” bottle of wine and provisions for a simple breakfast, to the prompt and helpful responses of the owners, I think it would be hard to beat this vrbo. The decor is both beautiful and charming, and we loved having both terraces for lounging and coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine later at night. Plenty of space for six of us, easy to use laundry, and very walkable to great restaurants and many of the big tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous apartment in Triana!
One of the most beautiful holiday rentals I have ever stayed in, very comfortable, elegantly decorated, and ideally located in Triana with easy access to all the highlights of Seville. Love the rooftop terrace!
We stayed here two nights in March 2022, 6 of us ages 9-52. Apartment is located across the river from the main city, but it is easily walkable. Bedrooms are near the street and the lower-level bar, so some noise does drift up - but overall we slept well. We liked the restaurants down the street, and the apartment is super cute. The upper terrace is lovely, we had happy hour there. I would stay here again.

Phenomenal value and was better than advertised
I'm not one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so in this instance. We were fortunate enough to stay at this unit this past week. It was nothing short of exceptional. Very very clean, excellent location, and the owners (Samuel/Beatriz) ensured everything was better than advertised. The owners were very responsive each and every time I contacted them. Whether it was months before my trip or the day of my arrival. They left nothing to chance and saw to it that the property lived up to expectations. You will not be disappointed renting this house. Not enough can be said about the location. It is essentially in the heart of Triana. You can walk everywhere with very little effort. We had absolutely no issues coming back to the house at late hours. In fact, we never even felt threatened. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Samuel/Beatriz, thanks for having us and best of luck!

Ideally located home in Triana just a few blocks away from the Triana market.
It was a privilege to say at Bea and Samuel's home in Triana. We greatly appreciated the fruit basket, bread and wine as a welcoming present. The kitchen is well equipped if you care to take advantage of the Triana market. Easy walking distance to Centro Seville and all the famous sites (about 20 leisurely minutes) but inexpensive taxis (5-6 Euros) are available within a few blocks of the home. Terrific local taverna almost across the steet with good food and local flamenco scene starting around midnight. Samuel provided us with his recommendations via email for Triana and Seville all were spot on. Suggest he write them up and leave a copy for guests. Wish we had planned for more than 3 days at this beautiful home.
