"the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100."

Hotel with potential to be truly 5*
"Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, ..."

"In this hotel every little detail is think of. The staff is very nice. Rooms are great, from the pool on the roof you can see all around sevilla. From this hotel you can walk to every nice thing to see in sevilla. We love it."
