Cosy chalet apartment

This 80 m² apartment, rated 3 stars, is located in a chalet. You’ll appreciate its quiet location, its tasteful decor, and the comfort it offers. A secluded spot, sheltered from prying eyes and noise. Renovated in 2010, this apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a large living room with a flat-screen TV. It also includes a main bathroom as well as a private bathroom. Two bedrooms decorated in the latest styles. Let’s not forget a cozy sleeping area, featuring a charming pull-out sofa bed, sheltered by large curtains—a favorite among children. In addition, a laundry room with a washing machine and freezer is available to guests. You’ll enjoy the large, 60 m² tiled terrace, perfect for barbecuing and taking in the scenery. Wi-Fi is provided so you can stay in touch with your loved ones. Due to some instances of misuse, electricity will be charged as an extra fee in the event of an EDF consumption alert, at a rate of 0.12€ per KWH based on actual usage. When picking up the keys: You will be provided with an inventory form, which must be returned as soon as possible (within 24 hours maximum). Nous sommes venus pour 3 nuits avec un chien et un enfant de 3 ans et Christophe a été un super hôte. Nous n’étions pas très souvent à l’appartement mais ayant des problèmes de dos j’ai eu peur de mal dormir, je me suis fourvoyée. C’était comfortable et la vue était vraiment belle. Je recommande ce logement fortement, cependant un conseil, réservez les vélos en amont pour ne pas subir les embouteillages d’Annecy. Christophe un grand merci pour ton accueil et ta gentillesse! Nous avons tous les 3 appréciés notre séjour et ta location. Encore un grand merci pour ton aide et tes dépannages last minutes! Ce week-end restera mémorable .Belle journee

Le charme et le calme près du Lac

Très bon séjour... la météo défavorable a été largement compensée par le confort de l'appartement. Le tour du lac d'Annecy est toujours enchanteur. Merci pour l'accueil dans ce lieu enchanteur.

Der Vermieter ist super nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind sehr schön. Es ist ruhig und der Garten und die Terrasse schön und schattig.- Teile der Wohnung sind doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Bad.

A relaxing break with Great Lake views

The host Christophe deserves a special mention, he was great, extremely friendly and helpful! The accommodation is homely, great location and outdoor space. Views of the lake from the lawn with lots of outdoor seating and dining. A very enjoyable holiday.

Fantastic week in Sevrier

We had a full weeks stay in the appartment of Christoph. The welcome was very good and the appartment was nice and cool. The view is absolutely amazing.All amenities in the appartment are present and we had a good stay.One tip if you rent the apoartment, rent e bikes because the neighborhood is very hilly.
