“Worth it! Brilliant location. Feels like being directly out in nature, but all the amenities of home. Timeless memories of sitting on the front deck of our own log cabin in the woods taking in the sights, sounds and scents of the kenai bush. “We liked this stay a lot! Very new and clean, overlooking the mountains, very nice and refreshing. Nice restaurant in a walking distance. Very friendly staff. With that, keep in mind:1. It’s a tent! “We enjoyed our 5 year anniversary at the Wolf Lodge after honeymooning at the Fox Den in 2019. My husband and I cannot say enough great things about the cabins. It’s all the peace and quiet we need. “The hosts were amazing. Chris and her husband, Wayne, were fantastic hosts. To our utmost delight, there was firewood stocked by the fire pits for our use. There was also BBQ grills available for grilling. The grounds were breathtaking, with incredible seating all around the river; double-sided rocking chairs, rocking picnic tables, and fire pit seating. The dock was perfect for river-side viewing and a quick dip for some. We will be back! A wonderful treat for our visiting guests. ”
