Beachfront property located on Resurrection Bay!

This newly renovated listing is a perfect place to spend your time adventuring in Seward. Drive through town and down the bay side Lowell Point access road. Keep your eyes open for otters, whales and sea lions! The vacation house is on the inland side of the road with direct beach access to the bay. Enjoy a spacious patio/barbecue area with a great view. Within easy walking distance of Millers Landing. Our sweet home is feed water from a cistern that collects rain water so in the summer months when there is little rain, we ask our guests to be mindful to conserve the water.

Great waterfront spot - group of 6 loved it!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful cabin on Resurrection Bay. What a surprise to wake up to look out the front window and see the mountains and wildlife each morning. We thoroughly loved our stay here! Property owner was wonderful and even worked with us to have a special gift waiting when we arrived. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time!!!

perfect respite

Amazing property!

Our family of 6 had a lovely stay here. The cabin is beautiful and very cozy, and the location was fantastic! We enjoyed being able to go for walks along the beach and on the Caines Head trail straight from the cabin.

Nice house!

We enjoyed our two night stay at this home. Just across the street from the ocean, it has beautiful views. We were at the end of the season so many of the restaurants in town were closed, but we still found a couple of good restaurants for dinners. As others have mentioned, this home doesn’t have closet access and it also doesn’t have dressers. Storing our items would have been difficult for more than a couple of nights. The amenities in the listing are accurate and communication with the property manager was easy.

Come prepared

Beautiful location and view. Adorable cabin. We booked this cabin for 6 nights and had a great time in Seward and the surrounding area. Things that were a little unexpected were; no access to a closet or dresser. There were padlocks on the closets so we were all living out of our suitcases. It was fine and we made it work but for the price, I feel like maybe we could have had at least one of the closets avail? We felt like the house was also under equipped. There were only 2 trash bags provided for the week and we ran out of dish soap. Shopping in Seward is extremely expensive so I’d do your shopping in Anchorage. Account for everything as the only essentials in the kitchen were salt and pepper. Totally fine but it’s something to plan for. No washer and dryer but there is a place across from Miller’s Landing you can go. Something we discovered a little later.

Quick drive into Seward from this spot but far enough away to really escape. We loved walking on the beach and spotted some bald eagles! House was comfy and cute! Thanks again!

Gorgeous private getaway

My husband and I eloped in Girdwood and drove down to Seward to spend our honeymoon with a small group of friends. The private and quiet location was perfect! It is a picturesque setting with access to the beach! Miller’s Landing is only a minute away where we enjoyed an amazing all day kayaking and fishing trip. The beach house was wonderful! Very clean and super adorable decor. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and balcony. We had all the amenities needed and had a wonderful time. We would definitely return for future trips!
