1200 square foot home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sofa couch that converts into a bed. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Large 600 square foot deck with a view of Resurrection Peaks. Half of deck is covered, so on rainy days guests can still utilize outdoor seating. Gas grill. Large kitchen fully equipped with Fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker and more. Wireless internet. Cable tv in bedrooms and living room. DVD player. Freezer space available. Basketball court. Coolers in various sizes for excursions. Private parking. Pull through drive for boats, RV's etc. Message owner if you would like a discounted booking for a Major Marine boat tour. This is the most popular tour available to view marine life in Resurrection Bay.

Great place just outside of town!
Here for fishing and sightseeing with wives. Very nice and convenient. Well equipped and easy in and out. Owners were excellent to deal with and gave excellent recommendations that were up to date and highly accurate. Friendly in and out policies and just an excellent stay for our needs. Highly recommended. Thanks Todd and Sarah for a fantastic week.

Great stay, wonderful hosts, great location, clean and very nicely decorated
We had a wonderful stay at Resurrection Peaks Lodge. Sarah and Todd went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were truly wonderful hosts!! They gave helpful recommendations on where to go and things to do, were very accommodating when we were in a pinch, and were very responsive with communication. They updated us when there were wildlife viewings so that we could try to see them too. The apartment was newly remodeled, very clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated with a great covered deck and many little figurines to wonder about. It was not far from downtown Seward. There were horses in the neighbors back yard and pretty surroundings. Not only would we HIGHLY recommend Sarah and Todd as hosts and this apartment to rent (the newly remodeled apartment below is beautiful as well), but we would LOVE to return to Seward and stay here again some day!!

Best Place to Stay in Seward
This is the nicest VRBO we've stayed in over many years. Todd and Sarah are wonderful hosts. We stayed in the upstairs rental (2 bedrooms). The downstairs rental unit (3 bedrooms) was just being completed during our stay. Very well appointed and well stocked kitchen. All the comforts of home. Highly recommended!

Great Stay!
My family of 5 plus my mom stayed very comfortably here. It was very clean & cozy & had everything we needed & more. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck & even had a moose walk around the house one morning. Fantastic!
Very clean, easy check in, good communication with owner, very comfortable, easy trip to Seward. The deck would have been a great place to hang out with famiy and BBQ-just a little too cold while we were there. Does require walking up flight of deck stairs which was not a problem for us. Would not hesitate to book here again!

Beautiful Seward Getaway
This spotlessly clean getaway home was exactly what we were looking for during our visit to Seward. The home is nicely decorated with extra touches like a coffee bar, small play nook for children, and an expansive covered deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill during our stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with both before checkin and once we were on site. We hope to go back again!
