"We loved this hotel. It was right on the water. It looked just like the pictures- very beautiful. We loved that it was walking distance to everything. They had a very efficient method for dealing with limited parking and the check in was very easy."

"We arrived from a cruise ship. Google maos indicated a half mile walk, but it was closer to one mile. They held our bags until the room was ready. The room was great with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was the typical, with cold cuts, cereal and pasteries. We would definately stay again."

"Information about checking in was poor. We arrived around 7pm thinking we would get a key from the desk - but the desk closed at 1 and you needed a code to get in. Fortunately a resident gave us the code and showed us the lockbox where our key was waiting in an envelope. We photographed our passports and emailed them as requested and asked for a later checkout. We didn’t get a response. The next morning I emailed again and was told no late checkout. When we went to checkout they said they didn’t get our email from the night before. In the end we were able to leave our bags for a few hours. So, while the apartment was fine, communication was not."
