“Super friendly front desk staff”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was extremely clean, and everything smelled fresh and pleasant throughout the property. Check-in was fast, easy, and hassle-free, which made the experience even better. I absolutely loved the amenities, especially the indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, with plenty of great options to choose from. The entire hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and was very well maintained. Overall, it was a great environment, and I felt comfortable during……

“Nothing worked… hot tub broken… tv in the room broken…. Air conditioner broken….”

“The entrance of the hotel was messy. Behind the counter as dirty and things stacked everywhere. The clerk was overwhelmed. I waited 20 min before I was checked in. There was no parking available near my room. ”

“Barebones-no breakfast, or amenities but bed very comfortable, room quiet, good for sleeping. A good deal for the money”

“room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag.”

“They told me that they didn’t care if i had a confirmation with them they refused to call their management to confirm it (due to the wifi being out but management had access to it ) they told me to either pay them cash or get off their property. This was after traveling from Philadelphia to MS for my daughter’s graduation. She was short and rude every step of the way. The place was rundown and had people smoking and drinking in the parking lot. It was horrible”

“I arrived to a filthy shower a toilet with pee and poop on the seat. A filthy microwave and refrigerator. A broken A.C and window. Grime all on the floors and no towels… I requested cleaning supplies tha i never got. I had to go out and get my own as well as towels and a fan. The other guest were loud throughout the night arguing and fighting. People smoking with their doors open. The TV only had three channels and the picture kept jumping. Me and my daughter who i was visiting was constantly……

“No soap in bathroom, large spider in hotel room”

“Staff was friendly but appeared disorganized upon check in. Cleanliness of the Wyndham property was disappointing. Mould in the bathroom. Room floor was disgustingly dirty. Bed skirt had stains that showed it had not been washed recently. Spiders in room. And people loitering in the parking lot. Hotel properties often become old and tired looking, but I’m afraid this was more than that. This was actually dirty. Can not walk on the suite floor without shoes. Socks had to be thrown out because……

“This hotel , put me in room 125, which should be renamed as the crack den of Mumbai! The room had cracked door jams, literally holes in the walls and a bed that smelled like year long Bodyider! I requested another room and it was slightly better. The room was being rented for 54.99 but I was charged 71.00, by Hotels.com! The manager refused to give me a receipt upon request! Never go to this Hotel ! ”
