"The unit was very clean and well stocked. Views were amazing! Overall we were very happy with the unit. The only negatives were there was only parking for 1 vehicle and when we went down to the beach the Emerald Grand had their set up along the entire beach and we were rudely told we could not sit in or around their area and they directed us to the very end next to the rocks which was much further than we wanted to walk. This definitely needs to be noted in the unit summary!!!"

"Nice townhouse to stay in that is close to everything Destin has to offer. For a place that is rented weekly by different families, it was clean. It could use a few more cooking skillets and wash rags. It was a little dated on the inside, but still nice enough for a great vacation."

"Property was as described. Great room packed full of Nest smart home devices. One device was evidently some sort of alarm. Upon check-in, when I unplugged what looked like an Alexa to utilize the receptacle for something else, an obnoxiously loud alarm went off on this unknown device. It took a call to RealJoy, and the property manager a full hr to remove the device as it still was sounding off VERY loudly. The property manager was very helpful, and unsuccessfully tried to contact the property...

The balcony is literally as close to the ocean as you can get and the walk to the beach on the boardwalk was very easy and doable with 2 kids.
