「I had a wonderful stay at the Lemon Beach Resort. The resort was clean and scenic, my room was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and assisted by carrying my luggage to my room. I was also able to get a relaxing massage. I would recommend staying here. It was a pleasant all-around experience.」

「Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. 」

「The room was much smaller than I expected, with no view, and the window opened into an internal corridor, making it feel enclosed and uncomfortable. I was not satisfied with the setup. The hotel itself is also quite secluded, which may not suit every traveler. Additionally, I had an unusual experience when I ordered a ride. A security officer asked to join me for a lift to the junction. While I’m not sure if this is standard practice, it felt unprofessional and a bit uncomfortable, as it’s not...

「Ko-Sa is a magical place to visit. My wife and I needed a little break from life and Ko-Sa delivered beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. 「The environment was nice but the particular room(family suite) that I stayed in was not properly cleaned. There was rat poop, the bathroom dirty. The on-boarding was poor. No one told me where to find anything, not even where you’ll have breakfast! Customer service was very poor. The distance from Accra to the resort was more than 5hrs probably due to road construction. Though breakfast was nice and the pool was nice. Widad」
